Excellent hotel with excellent service.
Pros:

Nice room, nice view.

Cons:

The bathroom had no toilet paper. Could have been better. TV did not function well at all.

Location was good. With parking facility, most properties in Bangalore dont have parking.

Location was at right place.

Cons:

It took me more then 30min just for procedure to pay .card swiping machine did not work.no stapler to file ,such gud hotel hmmm!why no flexibility of time .I chkd in at 4pm and next day told to vacate .staff to be courtesy is important.
