Pros:

Even though I had a reservation and the clerk saw it in their system there wasn’t a room available when we went to check in. Desk clerk didn’t even apologize or try to assist in finding another hotel close by just told us we would have to contact Expedia. Basically we were to fend for ourselves.

It’s an old property, rooms are OK in size and cleanliness is relatively good. Best part of this property is its access to beach and other food places, hardly 3-4 mins walk.

The AC unit is very loud. Much too loud. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk away. The hotel provides towels and can reserve a taxi.

The staff in the Italian restaurant adjacent/below the hotel was fantastic. The food was good.

Don’t trust the images. The rooms are small and unclean. It’s a fine hotel if you’d like to be in south beach and not spend any time in your hotel.

Very close it was to the beach and restaurants. Easy to find and has a parking lot next to it. The restaurant downstairs was delicious! Has beach towels for guests but not extra pillows.

Second time booking. Probably will again.
Pros:

The room was a bit small and the closet size was odd. Also not a fan of glass doors for the bathroom.

Location was great. Close to everything but quiet. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
