Great location, but need some improvement
Pros:

They asked for a $50 deposit which they still have not returned and their phone system in the room was not working properly. I could not get a wake up call

Al momento de realizar la reserva a través de Booking, se indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido para mi hijo de 16 años. Sin embargo, al llegar al hotel, me informaron que este beneficio aplicaba únicamente para menores de 12 años, por lo que tuve que asumir el costo adicional del desayuno. Considero que la información proporcionada durante el proceso de reserva fue confusa y puede interpretarse como publicidad engañosa, ya que esta restricción no fue claramente informada.

Pros:

Posizione fronte oceano, colazione ottima e abbondante, staff super disponibile, asciugamani da spiaggia inclusi e 2 lettini con ombrellone inclusi.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, perciò forse è pretendere troppo dire che la struttura dovrebbe essere un pò ristrutturata, però è l'unica cosa che migliorerei.

Cons:

Didn't like my room was from Daytona Beach trying to enjoy my stay for my birthday and just wanted a refund the hotel clerk was very rude about saying she was still going to charge me for a nights stay and cancellation fee of $186 she was only going to refund me $351 of my money and printed me a guess foolio receipt

Excellent service especially from Haydee at reception … very comfortable & relaxing
