Great location only!
Pros:

Location is great, however rooms are very old, the phone didn’t work to call help desk or any other service. The hairdryer didn’t work, the AC didn’t work, I paid for ocean view room and they never gave us a heads up about the construction going on and there was no view…

One night was enough
Pros:

The location is prime and the hotel has the potential for being good, but it felt under resourced and over priced. The rooms were clean and house keeping incredibly hard working. Consierge and bellhops were helpful and kind. The experience was a mixed bag.

Needs new management.
Pros:

Save your money. This hotel needs a refresh, and the management is quite rude. The location is good, but there are hundreds of better options in this area. I generally like staying at IGH properties and am a loyalty club member, but I cannot recommend this particular hotel at this time.

Good old Holiday Inn
Pros:

As a business owner and frequent visitor to the Holiday Inn at mid Beach Miami, I have to say beyond the old school atmosphere behind a few stains hereand there their reaps, a feeling of friendship, family, and warmth behind all the employees especially kaira Natalia and Maria that are in and around the paradise restaurant. I have to tell you I come back here after the year because I’ve been to the resorts and when you have people that truly treat you like family it’s a godsend and I really feel that way I almost wanna be boredwith going to your hotel the same time every year but the employees represent the excellence of this holiday and I can’t say anymore about them. I recommend this place and I hope you keep it the way it Every employee has helped me there. They’ve gone beyond their responsibilities.

The quality of service and old numbers are average. Smile at your customers.
Cons:

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in during all my travels. Holiday Inn is supposed to be a certain standard, but unfortunately, there are no positives at this Miami location! The reception service is unfriendly, and the breakfasts are only 2-star quality! They charge extra for an omelet! It's ridiculous! $500 a night for this kind of accommodation – it was the worst New Year's vacation ever! The staff on the beach are also rude! I don't recommend it if you're used to good service and a decent breakfast.

The only advantage is that it is close to the beach.

Cons:

Only 1 of 3 receptionist at the front desk were working day of check in. Others were standing around flirting with each other. To ask if anything needed was perceived as an unconvinced. Attempting to make calls to the front desk were auto sent to the receptionist line in which we were redirected to the front desk. Horrible customer service for the price paid. Breakfast onsite and coffee was cold for the price paid out of pocket. Will not stay here again.

Funcionários sem a menor simpatia e ainda sumiu um casaco de moletom de dentro da sacola de compras ainda com a etiqueta, que comprei para minha filha usar na viagem de volta , e ao reclamar na recepção com a Ana ainda fui acusada por ela de estar cometendo calúnia , pq segundo ela os funcionários são treinados para não mexerem nas coisas dos hóspedes! E mandaram eu chamar a polícia pq não iriam assumir a culpa O fato é que fui furtada nesse hotel ! E só não chamei a polícia pq isso aconteceu no dia do meu vôo da volta e correria o um risco de perder o avião
