Está en una buena ubicación

Cons:

El hotel es demasiado viejo y no tiene mantenimiento , un día no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto y cuando se los pedí a los chicos de limpieza me contestaron de mala gana , el aire acondicionado del cuarto sonaba demasiado y las alfombras olían abombado

A little north of Miami beach but Wonderful Service
Pros:

First off I choose this hotel because I was staying one night before a cruise and wanted to check other places of Miami beach from the IHG properties. This one is quite a distant from the fun of Miami beach but it does have a trolley stop so you can get around Miami beach easily for free which is nice. The front desk area is good, super spacious modern looking, the check in receptionist are super friendly. The room size was actually bigger compared to other hotels in the Miami beach area. The view outside not the most pleasant but cant blame because currently they are doing a major remodel which is great. This hotel definitely takes note to email requests and I gratefly appericate it hence they deserve a good review as not all hotels honor requests. The Pool area is nice but not heated so it was cold end of February also no Sun in pool area after 3 because so shaded. Also finding beach towels is super confusing as it is located inside the lobby in what looks like a vending machine it should be located in the pool area. Now the beach area is beautiful the lounger area nice touch. I got there at 3pm and the guy working tried to tell me I couldn't use it because they are closing. I Know this service is available til 4pm so I just grabbed one from a person leaving. This did leave an awful taste for a bit also another family got there at 3:25pm he said the same thing. I know they trying to leave at 4pm but if its show its a service until 4pm please let us use til then. Dinner at the hotel was super surprising and actually pretty good I had the Fish Tacos and they had a wonderful taste. our server Narela was attentive. They do include an 18% gratuity on the bill but this is standard in Miami automatic gratitues but letting people be aware. We took a lyft from Miami airport to this hotel the cost was $31.00 and a Lyft from the hotel to port of Miami $27.00. Not sure what else to say but I'll I definitely would stay here again for peace and quiet from Miami beach but if you want the hustle bustle this might not be the place for you. Remember stats are what you make of them.

Great Service and good location
Pros:

This Holiday Inn is showing its age, but the service and location are exceptional.  Shamina, at the front desk, provided a quiet room for me to work throughout our week-long stay.  She provided excellent customer service.  The grounds were well kept and the pool was clean and refreshing.  The towel machine added an extra convenience, along with chairs and umbrellas available for use on the beach.  This hotel is located along a walking path that runs parallel to the beach where restaurants are conveniently located.  A "shout out" again to Shamina, for making our family's stay an enjoyable one!

So convenient! Great Hotel on Ocean Drive
Pros:

Nice historic art deco property and super convenient for walking on Ocean Drive. Our room was tiny, but clean and modern. One issue was the dirty windows. We had no balcony, so only window. The windows were so dirty you could not see Ocean Drive or ocean, which was sad. The room itself was nice though and clean. Nice bed. Modern. MANAGEMENT CLEAN YOUR WINDOWS! Would stay there again, but in a balcony room this time. Staff super nice and it was cool staying in a historic hotel.
