Pros:

Cons:

Insonorisation!
Hotel bruyant en journée et pendant la nuit.
Pas d'intimité sonore entre les chambres. Au niveau des chambres du premier étage , on entend les conversations des personnes à l'accueil et dans le lobby.
Bruit des roulettes des valises dans les couloirs carrelés.
A la limite du supportable.

Bien mais peu mieux faire vu le prix
Pros:

L’emplacement qui est clairement hyper bien situé. Sur l’avenue la plus “animée” de Miami Beach et proche plage.
Le petit déjeuner très bon

Cons:

La première nuit l’hôtel n’avait pas bien géré notre réservation nous étions normalement dans une chambre double delux. Faute d’une bonne gestion nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre en bas (102) juste à côté de la réception extrement bruyante. Je dois dire que la nuit d’après (dans la 212) ce n’était pas “mieux” ce n’est pas forcément faute de l’hôtel mais plutôt de l’incivilité des gens … l’hôtel devrait plus sensibiliser sur le silence dans les couloirs pour le bien être de tous ….
La Climatisation est aussi bruyante.
Nous n’avons eu aucun dédommagement pour la première nuit de la part de l’hôtel alors que nous devions avoir un “refound”
La matin de notre départ (7h50) nous avons gentiment demandé si nous pouvions avoir une lunch box (petit déjeuner étant à 8h) on nous a sèchement répondu “non”

Perfect!
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale su Ocean drive, vicino alla spiaggia e a tanti locali e ristoranti. Personale molto gentile, c’è anche un ristorantino/bistrot all’interno dell hotel ma purtroppo non ne abbiamo usufruito.

We booked a room for four people and they literally would have had to sleep in one bed. We had to book another room in a hotel nearby, a disaster.

Price and location.Private area on beach with0 free towels and sunbeds.Nice front desk people

Cons:

Rooms are not sound proof .You can hear room next door. Being wooden flooring in hall way ,very noisy.Previos hotel we were in nearby had carpet runner in hall which made a difference. Limited area to sit in hotel .Room could have done with another chair and small table to write on.Our air con was faulty but luckily didn't need it.Toilet flush was temperamental
