Pros:

A kilátás az erkélyéről .

Cons:

A reggeli szörnyű volt . Nem volt benne az árban . 50dollar fejenként az ízetlen reggeliert .

A számlán 668dollar szerepelt de 756ot vontak le . 60 dollár majdnem pluszban hogy ott parkolhass. A wi-fi szar vagy fizetős . Máskor nem ide jövünk !

Fantastyczna lokalizacja!
Pros:

Lokalizacja fantastyczna! No i klimat hotelu w stylu art deco. Personel niezwykle przyjazny. Fajna część basenowa, własna obsługa na plaży. Dobre śniadania w Lolos, a w pobliżu kilka świetnych restauracji.

Cons:

Oczywiście jest to stary budynek i wymaga remontów tu i tam, a pokoje można by odnowić. Jednak coś za coś. Mnie brakowało lusterka powiększającego do golenia;-)

Our time in South Beach was good our room sucked!
Pros:

We love the hotel and it's location.

Cons:

Our room had the sink in the hallway, not in the bathroom! The balcony looked out at the building next door. I was told by the front desk it was because we made our reservation through a booking site and not directly with the hotel. We were informed by the manager that the rooms reservered for booking sites are the least expensive and those sites are not concerned about the view or room size. We make a reservation directly with the hotel 2 yrs ago and had a beautiful room and a balcony that looked out over the city, which we love to do after dinner. Not this year!
Unfortunately I made a non-refundable reservation at the Hampton Inn in New Port Richey through booking.com I am not expecting much! We will never use booking.com again.

Overpriced, greedy and poor value
Pros:

Proximity to a few places

Cons:

Area is terrible and service was subpar for a room of this price. Also charged the full room when I specifically asked for cancel fee on the last day. Between the upselling for timeshare and no added guest bonus I’ll definitely will not be back. May never stay at Marriott again.

Terrible experience and did not hear back from the customer service
Cons:

I spoke to customer service about my experience but he never got back to me !
There was an incident at the pool where a guest started attacking verbally and almost physically and we got insulted as well ! Management did nothing so I didn’t use the pool for the last two days of my stay !

Pros:

Nos gustó la cercanía de la piscina con personal y jacuzzi, cercanía a la playa, y acceso a todo Miami Beach por su ubicación sin estar dentro del tumulto de Ocean Drive

Cons:

Un día el personal de limpieza fue algo brusca y descortés cuando le pedimos demorar 5 min entrar, y nos contestó que no esperaba 5 minutos, y que se iría a otra planta, que ya no vendría hasta la tarde porque tenía que irse a otras plantas. Justo en ese momento, salió la familia de la habitación de al lado, y en ese momento, dijo: ah, pues sí, pueden estar más tiempo en la habitación, limpiaré ésta mientras.... nos dejó sin palabras y lo que sí vimos claro es que no había sido amable con nosotros. La limpieza eso sí, estuvo bien hecha.

Pros:

As Lifetime Titanium Members we like the perks that we can get while staying at Marriott hotels. So we thought we would give this one a try last year. The first time, although raining, we had a wonderful time. The staff were warm and friendly and happy to help with whatever they could. This time, they were so rude during check in; front desk person and the manager! We were shocked. We had hoped that this was a one time incident, but the rudeness continued even at check out. Pros- it is a great location Cons- it is very expensive for what you get, the food is mediocre and the staff are unwelcoming. We will stay somewhere else next year when we return to the area.

strange hotel that offers very little in luxury or comfort for the price paid
Pros:

this is a strange hotel - first of all check in is so long winded and scripted its a little painful having to listen to all the nonsense. we checked in at 7pm - the room is average nothing special, the bathroom is small. as a titanium elite member there is simply nothing from the hotel. no upgrades - refusal of a late check out too.

my friend had issues with his room and almost checked out after waiting and waiting.

the breakfast menu is poor and very limited and based in lower part part of the hotel. I would hate to think what would happen if got busy in there as seems to be little or no staff to serve people.

the pool area is ok but a little small and unless you go down very early you will not get a sun bed at all. as we found out by arriving at 11am.

facilities wise the hotel offers not a great deal at all. for the price your paying per night its highly overpriced and there far best and more luxurious hotels further up south beach. I will stress it again it's a vastly over priced hotel that doesn't offer anything really.
