Very good enjoyable
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The pool area was nice quiet for the first 2 days but got busier. Still no problem finding a sunbed. The Japanese restaurant was excellent, also Lolo’s very different so was a great contrast.

Cons:

As there are 2 pools it would be nice if 1 was adults only as with all the kids in both pools it was impossible to swim.

Expensive hotel with a poor, bad breakfast. Irregular valet parking charges.

In short, the hotel is well-located, right across from the beach.

Cons:

I used the hotel's own valet service for my overnight stay and was charged $62. However, upon checking out, I asked the receptionist if my wife and I could spend some more time in the pool area enjoying drinks from the poolside bar; I was told we could stay there at no extra cost. I also asked about the parking and whether there would be any additional fees, and was assured there would be no issues and nothing extra would be charged. After spending a few hours at the pool, we left to catch our return flight. To my unpleasant surprise, however, my credit card was charged $150 instead of the original $62. I am very upset about this charge and would like a refund, given that I had been informed there would be no additional costs.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The convenience of location was my top priority.

Cons:

I paid for an ocean view with balcony suite, but what the hotel failed to mention is the balcony for my specific room was only a foot wide . Would not have spent the money at your hotel if I was aware of that before hand.

Best Hotel and pool south of fifth
Pros:

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always great. We spent most of our time during the day going between the pool and beach. Roger has been very attentive to us by the pool. He’s very friendly and polite and willing to assist with anything he can.
