Awful was embrassed say this was my hotel
Pros:

I am extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel was nothing like it was advertised. The photos on the website are very misleading and do not reflect the reality of the property. For example, there was no mural on the wall as shown in the pictures, and the room was very basic and completely different from what we expected.

There were also several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower handle was broken and hanging off, making it very difficult to use. The bed sheet was grubby and did not appear to be properly cleaned.

Breakfast at the President Hotel was terrible.
There was no room inside, so we were forced to sit outside, and there was only one drinks dispenser with coffee available. The whole breakfast experience was very poor.

The Penguin Hotel was equally disappointing. There also was one water dispenser & one coffee pot for the whole hotel nothing for kids only water .There was no one at reception during the night, which made us feel unsupported and was unacceptable for a hotel charging these prices.

The atmosphere shown in the promotional photos simply did not exist. The images suggest guests sitting outside enjoying a lively, welcoming environment, but there was nothing like that during our stay. I honestly thought we had arrived at the wrong hotel.

Overall, I feel this is a case of false advertising. The hotel does not match the images or descriptions used to sell it. Considering the amount of money we spent, this experience was shocking. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.
