Pros:

Great location. Comfortable room. I was staying for work so spent very little time in the hotel itself but it is a great place for any business travelers attending the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Pros:

Struttura molto centrale nella posizione ma camere molto piccole, le pulizie non sono ogni mattina andrebbe sempre chiesto. Il bar è tutti i servizi sono trasferiti nella struttura president hotel lasciando il penguin vuoto e con carenza di servizi come il bar. Hotel abbastanza datato in ogni particolare.

Cons:

De airco op de kamer maakt echt enorm veel herrie en is erg verouderd.

Pros:

La posizione sulla Ocean Dr.

Cons:

1) Attenzione le foto della piscina sono di un altro hotel ( President) che si trova sulla Collins,
2)volevano addebitarmi 6 notti del parcheggio ( quando ne ho usufruito solo di 3),
3) dopo continui solleciti ci hanno messo 3 giorni per cambiare il phon che ho comunicato al primo utilizzo già guasto,
4) gli ospiti bivaccano sulle 4 sedie e due tavoli posti davanti all’hotel, nessun genere di servizio bar o di cortesia ( ripeto anche la colazione si fa in un altro hotel, il president sulla collina)
5) stanze sporche, vecchie, vetuste e piccole ( 16 mq, in 2 + bimba di un anno),
6) la pulizia delle camere volevano farla ogni 3 giorni e su mia insistenza sono riuscito a farle fare ogni giorno ( camera con pannolini per 3 giorni assurdo)
7) mi hanno addebitato 150$ per presunta pulizia filtro del condizionatore , datato e vecchio, accusati di aver fumato in camera, tra l’altro non fumiamo , ma non ne hanno voluto sapere tanto hanno in mano la carta di credito e si permettono di rubarti quello che vogliono, se vuoi contestare scrivi al Manager…..
8) a conclusione meglio che lo chiudete e lo ristrutturate, magari anche cambiando gestione e personale….

Gutes Hotel! Kann ich empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Ca. 40m zum Strand. Direkt an der Flaniermeile Ocean Drive gelegen. Auf der anderen Seite ist man gleich in der Stadt (Miami Beach). Das Frühstück war ganz gut.

Cons:

Einzig alleine war der Preis für eine Übernachtung etwas hoch! Der Pool und das Frühstück waren nicht im selben Gebäude, aber auch nicht weit entfernt.

Hotel cumplidor, buenisima ubicación y buen precio, personal amable, nos dejaron guardar las maletas todo el día después de hacer el check out.Nos dieron bebida de bienvenida.Cama cómoda y baño con shampoo, gel.
