Next time I might check out their sister property I believe it was called the president
Pros:

Location was great. The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was nice and the welcome drinks were an added bonus.

Cons:

Check-in was a bit of a mess! But it was spring break week. Maybe they should’ve just had more staff on.

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Penguin Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Carmen. From the moment I arrived, Carmen went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
She was incredibly accommodating and attentive.

The hotel itself was great, but the outstanding customer service is what really stood out.

Cons:

Would have liked a better view from the room, but was never in the room anyways

Pros:

Close to everything. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good and they offered a lot. Free welcome drink at sister hotel was exceptional

I liked the location and also the ability to use the President hotel .

Cons:

stayed there for 5 days and not once they came to clean the room . Not once !! I went to the front desk to complain and nothing was done . I had to asked the front desk for towels and toiletries.
I’ve never been to a hotel that would do this .
This was unacceptable on so many levels .
