La ubicación

Cons:

Solo un ascensor para todo el hotel , si no quieres ascensor tienes unas escaleras empinadisimas , el desayuno malo , escaso y si encima no bajabas a primerísima hora se acababa y no reponían

Worst experience ever in Miami

Extremely upsetting experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

During my stay the housekeeping serviced my room while I was out. When I returned, I noticed that my Swatch watch was no longer where I had left it. I was rushing to a lunch reservation and did not have enough time to thoroughly search the room at that moment. The next day, I discovered a significant termite problem in the room. The hotel ultimately arranged to relocate me at the Penguin Hotel.

The experience became even worse after I was relocated. The reception I received from the front desk was hostile and extremely uncomfortable. Multiple members of the reception staff appeared to know details about my complaint, which made me seriously question whether our situation had been handled with appropriate discretion and confidentiality.One front desk employee in particular, Madison, was exceptionally rude. During my interactions, I felt that I was being treated as though I were dishonest rather than a guest reporting a serious concern. I also became aware that details of my situation were being discussed among members of the reception team. The way I was treated left me feeling humiliated, unwelcome, and judged.

Management's response regarding the missing watch was essentially that they trusted their employees and did not believe an employee would jeopardize their immigration status. I found that response completely inappropriate and dismissive. Trusting employees does not eliminate the responsibility to take a guest's report seriously and properly investigate what happened. Hotels are not defined only by what goes wrong. They are defined by how they respond when something does go wrong. Based on my experience, the handling of this situation showed a serious lack of accountability, empathy, discretion, and professionalism.

I would not stay at this property again, and I cannot recommend it to other travelers.

Pros:

La proximité de Océan Drive et des commerces.
Personnel souriant et aimable.

Cons:

L hotel est bruyant, l insonorisation est à revoir.
Le ménage des chambres n est pas quotidien (sauf si demande faite tot le matin)
Nous avions des traces de moisissure sur les oreillers et la climatisation est trop bruyante

Posizione perfetta vicino a Ocean Drive Hispaniola Way e spiaggia. Camere e bagno ristrutturati e puliti. Carina la piscina sul tetto e gradito il cocktail omaggiato all’arrivo.

La camera , avendo pagato qualcosina in più per avere più spazio, la posizione dell hotel è abbastanza buona

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti e una sola volta hanno effettuato la pulizia della camera, mentre la dovevano effettuare ogni giorno.
Colazione niente di ché ,piscina piccola e acqua caldissima come il brodo

Excellent stay, excellent location, great service. Henry and Michael were very helpful with accommodating our requests
Pros:

I loved the location of the property to beach, many restaurant options within walking distance.

Cons:

Elevator is small and there is only one but not an issue if you are on 1st or 2nd floor.
