Bueno pero falta
Pros:

Desayuno básico y medio desordenado el sistema, asqueroso el tema de las paloma, podrían hacer algo, poner alguna malla o algo para que no molesten al comer.
El ítem aseo de las piezas deberia ser todas las mañana y no solo por solicitud.

Cons:

Todas las noches escuchamos el ruido de una maquina, no se si de hielo o el aire acondicionado. Hab 104.

Espacio del desayuno, las palomas en el desayuno, realmente asqueroso.

Servicio mucama, debería ser todos los días y no solo por solicitudes.
El bar deberia abrir hasta mas tarde en la noche.

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Unterkunft sehr zentral, fußläufig kann man den Strand und den Ocean Drive sehr gut erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein Parkhaus, wo man für 20 Dollar pro Tag parken kann. Wesentlich günstiger als der hauseigene Vallet Service.

Cons:

Pool auf dem Bild viel größer dargestellt. Leider etwas klein für die ganzen Gäste. Wir haben als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern in dem Hotel übernachtet, haben dafür die zwei Betten zusammen geschoben. Das hätten wir besser nicht gemacht. Unter den Betten wurde bestimmt schon 1 Jahr nicht mehr geputzt.

I’ve stayed at the President Hotel before, so I was excited to come back for my boyfriend’s birthday trip. Unfortunately, this stay did not match what I selected or expected when booking.

I specifically chose the Villa Penthouse with Terrace based on the photos shown, expecting the front-facing terrace/view that was advertised. Instead, I was placed in a back-facing room with no real view from the balcony at all. The room was also much smaller than expected compared to what was represented online.

I had planned this trip very carefully. My intention was to surprise my boyfriend with a massage setup and decorate the balcony for his birthday, but the balcony space and lack of view completely ruined that idea. The entire reason I paid extra for this specific room was for the spacious terrace and experience shown in the photos.

For almost $1300, the room I actually received was absolutely not worth the price. Honestly, I would value the room I stayed in closer to $500 at most.

The outdoor chair cushions were also visibly dirty, which added to the disappointment.

Another frustrating part of the stay was valet. Every single day I had to repeatedly explain my checkout date, what kind of car I had, and speak to multiple different people just to get my vehicle pulled up. The valet staff themselves were polite and fairly quick once things got moving, but the communication system was extremely aggravating. The number guests are told to call sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, making the process unnecessarily frustrating.

I also requested room service/housekeeping during my stay, and no one ever came to clean the room.

The location is still great, which is why I returned in the first place, but overall this experience was very disappointing and nowhere near what was advertised or worth the amount paid. The room accuracy and customer service could have been much better.
