Cons:

Wydawanie kartek na śniadanie, to Bardzo słaby punkt tego hotelu. Wystarczyło by podanie numeru pokoju personelowi, a on powinien wiedzieć czy śniadanie jest opłacone, czy nie. Ogólny bałagan z wydawaniem karteczek na śniadanie, a szczególnie przy dużej grupie zorganizowanej. Może przy pojedynczych osobach to się sprawdza, ale przy grupach zorganizowanych absolutnie NIE.

Power went out. They didn’t care
Pros:

*AVIOD AT ALL COSTS* The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my 30 years and they should feel very disgraced:
- POWER WENT OUT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR 6 HOURS EACH TIME, AND THE HOTEL SAID ITS NOT THEIR FAULT WITH NO REFUNDS. SAT IN PITCH DARK WITH NO AC, WIFI, ELEVATOR ACCESS, ABILITY TO CHARGE ANYTHING, ETC.
- Killed a bug in the shower
- Shower handle fell off multiple times, bathroom is tiny
- There are no views from the hotel rooms/ can’t open windows
- Walls are so thin, you’ll be up all night from people going in and out
- Breakfast : you can’t eat anything with all the pigeons everywhere. Girlfriend refused to eat after the first day
- Ruined entire trip after being woke up to madness the first night the power went out and continued to go out throughout the trip
- Tiny concrete pool area that is packed all day so you can’t use it
- Room got drenched from the fridge / freezer when power went out, ruined my fruit
Just absolutely ruined my trip to Miami that I looked forward to for many months. Will continue to alert as many that I can. Disgraceful.

Appreciative but I’d prefer to stay elsewhere during my next Miami trip.
Pros:

The staff were all wonderful and attentive. The check-in was easy. The bartender was excellent. The location to restaurants and beach.

Cons:

The hotel needs better cleaning standards. The halls to the room smelled like a heavy scent of disinfectant or kingpins which was jarring to my senses. One could visibly see garbage on the rug. The rug itself was quite dirty. The lock on my window slide door was not working, so it did not lock. The room itself is quite dated. However, the problem is when they have panted the ceiling- terrible job. You can see old color. The one chair in the room— the legs were quite rusted. That can be easily fixed with metal paint so that it won’t look so dilapidated. Also, this is minor and juts my personal presence but having someone serve me breakfast in the morning. I’d prefer to serve myself. But, the staff were all excellent. I doubt I’ll stay at hotel again, but all employees were professional and service oriented.

Good hotel in a great location.

Execelente ubicación y lindo
Pros:

Está a una cuadra de la playa tiene desayuno y el personal es súper amable. La habitación estaba muy bien espaciosa igual que el baño buen aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Lo único que se escuchaba mucho ruido y la ventana estaba como cerrada.

J’ai réservé cet hôtel car il offrait le déjeuner. Mes enfants et moi mangeons sans gluten du à notre condition de santé. J’avais écris avant de réserver pour savoir s’il y avait des options san gluten pour le déjeuner et on m’a confirmer qu’il y en avait. Rendu sur place, on m’a dit que toute la nourriture avait du gluten!! J’ai donc dû aller déjeuner au restaurant avec mes trois ce qui a augmenté le coût de mon séjour! J’avais payé plus cher l’hôtel en me disant que j’économisais sur les déjeuner, ce qui n’a pas été le cas! Aucune compensation de l’hôtel m’a été offerte!

Nous n’avions pas d’électricité la première journée dans notre hôtel/chambre, de sorte que nous n’avons pas eu le déjeuner que nous avions d’inclus. Nous avons dû aller acheter un autre déjeuner. L’établissement n’a pas voulu nous donner une compensation. Des personnes souffrant de maladie cealiaque de notre groupe n’ont pas pu avoir des aliments sans gluten alors qu’on nous avait sit que ce serait possible. Le personnel au desk n’ont pas donné de remboursement pour les déjeuners non donnés.
Nôtre chambre 201 était dans la cage d’escalier. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit
