Pros:

Location was great! lots of things to do and in walking distance.

Cons:

Hotel itself was not it!!!! We had to change rooms from the first floor to the 3rd because there were so many moths and mosquitos getting in our room from the giant gap at the bottom of the hotel door. It also didn’t help that the hotel leaves the lobby doors wide open for bugs to enter. It was awful the room itself was dirty as well! The floors, the walls, the bathroom just didn’t feel or look clean whatsoever. I felt so uncomfortable sleeping. One night I was so itchy and paranoid from all the bugs I didn’t sleep until almost 4am. Very horrible hotel, you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

Great value for the money. A little loud. Good A/C.
Pros:

Good value for the money so close to beach. A 20 minute walk to the Miami Beach Convention Center. Stairs & halls need vacuuming but my room was spotless.

Cons:

Stairs & halls need vacuuming. A little loud as it is in the middle of a block of party-friendly hotels with bars. You will hear the guests in the room overhead.
