Hottest showers we have experienced in USA.
Rooms are small. No sound proofing, and hallway sounds from chatter and door knocking are audible all evening/night.
The hotel has a hostel type vibe.
No tea/coffee facilities in rooms.
No car parking, but managed a luggage drop of from a free space just outside the hotel.

Super comfortable beds and fridge in the room. Free access to borrow beach towels. 24/7 reception. Close to beach and ocean drive.

Older, run down, not super clean. Things worked and it served the purpose but would not recommend or return.

Nous y avons malheureusement séjourné plusieurs nuits. A FUIR: bruits durant toute les nuits, disputes entre les clients, vas et viens toutes les nuits, police qui intervient dans l'hôtel. L'alarme de l'hôtel a sonné la nuit pendant plusieurs heures sans s'arrêter. Très sale: chambres, draps et couloirs. Pommeau de douche non flexible: pas possible de se laver correctement. L'eau de la douche: l'eau était soit trop chaude, soit trop froide. Café du matin gratuit mais infecte. Et surtout trop cher pour n'avoir aucun confort.
Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Ocean Drive und anderen Lokalen und zum Strand ist wirklich toll.
Man findet auch kleine Imbisse oder Supermärkte, kleine Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf.
Eine kleine Bar ist dem Hotel angeschlossen. Generell urig gestaltet.
Der Check in war unkompliziert.
In einem Gebäudeteil- über dem Rezeption und Barbereich- sind die Zimmer eher modern und freundlich gestaltet. (Wir hatten 1 Nacht eine andere Zimmerkategorie gebucht und waren über die unterschiedlichen Zimmerkategorien erstaunt).
Wir hatten eine Nacht ein Zimmer, der über den Innenhof in einem Art Nebegebäude liegt, das war wohl als Suite gebucht und verkauft, aber es war stockdunkel und sehr muffig in diesem Zimmer und ich würde es so nicht mehr buchen wollen. Das andere Zimmer war dann sehr modern, hell und freundlich, wenngleich der Gang schon sehr abgewohnt wirkt.

The staff was so friendly, especially the guy (We don’t remember the name) was working 04/27/2026 night. The lock on our room 203 didn’t work, so he opened the door for us twice.
The only disappointment thing was the door lock didn’t work. But we understand is difficult know when the batteries are going to die and we arrived late, so of course they didn’t have maintenance person.
"Hello, I am Mr. Gutierrez, my wife and I stayed at your hotel from April 10th to 17th, room 205. And today I just had a charge on my credit card of about 203€ (~240$) I don't understand why, can you explain and refund me please, otherwise I will involve my travel agency. Sincerely, Mr. Gutierrez."

Pior alojamento em 46 anos de vida. Hotel velho, mal cuidado. Ventilação suja e com cheiro de humidade tanto nos quartos como nos corredores. Janelas do quarto e estores nunca foram limpos. Quarto minúsculo sem qualquer conforto. Nada bate certo com a decoração e estilo. Roupa da cama suja, com buracos e não passada a ferro, indicador de pouca higiene. O ruído de ventilação durante toda a noite, péssimo. O staff sem qualquer noção do que significa hotelaria. Um desastre total.
