Easy to relax and very peaceful

Overall it was a pleasant stay hotel provided accommodations at an affordable price.

Initial layout it’s like 4 mini hotels in one and can be hard to navigate thru.

Hotel was okay, staff were really helpful. Had a good time in Nashville.
Pros:

The room was a decent size with a king bed.
The window looked out towards the pool area.
It was clean and had coffee making, microwave, fridge etc.
Breakfast was self service with a good varied selection of food.
The hotel was around 25 mins out of Nashville and we paid $50 for a shuttle bus for the duration of our stay.
We had to pay $4 per case to store our cases until we left later in the day as checkout was 11am

The hotel was clean, and rooms were nice. The location was much further from downtown then stated.
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choices. Desk staff were helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

We had our bike rack stolen while parked overnight in their parking lot. That put quite a damper on our experience. They said their security cameras could only see a shadow near our car. Their "secure" parking around the building, which you need a room key to access, wasn't very secure. Though we reported it immediately to desk staff, we had to call a couple of times to speak with the GM that we were referred to.

Very good stay - loved the evening happy hour
Pros:

Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything worked.
Breakfast was very good - good selection and quality. Special kudos to the staff for making breakfast items available on the day the power was out due to an overnight storm.
Secure parking.
Loved the evening happy hour with the drinks and snacks!

Cons:

Front desk staff were not especially welcoming.
The hot tub is a small room by itself - no room for any chairs. You go, you soak, you leave. I like to take my Kindle and read.

כתבתי לכם מייל , היינו 2 לילות לילה ראשון בשעה 1 הייתה הפסקת חשמל בכל המלון , חיכנו עד הבוקר עדיין לא היה חשמל , לא ניתן להתקלח להתרחץ כלום הכל חשוך לא ארוחה בוקר לשאלתי מתי יחזור החשמל נאמר לי לא יודעים ביקשתי לעזוב ולקבל כספי חזרה עבור לילה שני המנהל אמר אם מפריע לך שאין חשמל זכותך לעזוב ואין לקבל החזר תשלום
גם לילה ראשון הגענו למלון בערב
עוד לא הלכנו לישון והפסקת חשמל
מבקש כעת זיכוי מלא על שני הלילות.

Pros:

The staff was friendly. The front desk staff were great, and Lane, who tended bar for happy hour was excellent!!

Cons:

A storm took the power out our last night, and there were absolutely no lights and we couldnt shower as the water was just lukewarm. I would have thought there would be a generator to maintain some minimal essential. It was kind of difficult to pack in the dark, but I think we got everything. I know it was an unexpected incident, but they were completely unprepared and really didnt handle it properly.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the view on the pool.
No noise from the highway.

Cons:

The elevator was broken so we had to walk to our room and use the stairs with all our luggage. There was no room left on the first floor. We didn't get assistance.
The check-in was ok. No smile was giving to us. Just info and questions. The receptionist didn't even stand up to greet us. She sat down the whole time. Didn't interact with us. Told us the elevator didn't work. Didn't feel for us just told us they are trying to fix it but during our whole stay it wasn't fix. It felt like she was annoyed and just did her job but It felt like we were talking to a robot.
During the night we also lost electricity because of a thunderstorm I assume.
Breakfast was complimentary but poor because of that. No compensation for breakfast or apologies.
I would not stay here again.
