Thevlady who served the drinks on Wed night was incredibly rude and egotistical. I learned dhe was fired the next day. That was definitely not tgecattitude if any onecelae

i will definitely be back to this hotel!
Pros:

The location, the breakfast,
the happy hour and the shuttle
to Downtown was the reason i stayed here and it did not disappoint!

Cons:

The elevator did not work and it’s tough carrying your luggage up the stairs.

Gutes Hotel mit schlechtem Personal
Pros:

Ein nettes älteres Hotel in ruhiger Lage trotz Highway, Flughafennähe. Downtown Nashville in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten wirklich gut für einen entspannten Schlaf. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, die man ohne Bezahlung benützen kann.
Noch einen Tip zum Parken in Nashville: Unbedingt im MUSIC CITY CENTER parken, dort ist es am billigsten und es sind immer genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Alles andere ist Wucher!

Cons:

Leider kann ich der Rezeption keine positive Bewertung ausstellen. Als wir eincheckten, versuchte ich mit der jungen Rezeptionistin ein freundliches Gespräch, ich erhielt aber nur mürrische Antworten. Wir bekamen nicht einmal den Ausdruck der in der Nähe liegenden Restaurants. Frühstückszeiten wurden mir von 7 bis 10 Uhr angegeben, es stellte sich heraus, daß dies nur am Wochenende zutraf. Wenn ich sie grüßte, bekam ich meistens keine Antwort. Eine ältere Angestellte wollte mir kein Zimmer upgrade geben, das Hotel sei restlos ausgebucht. Auf booking.com waren aber noch einige Zimmer erhältlich. Ich habe keine Ahnung, warum das Personal dort so mürrisch ist, ich kann dem Manager nur raten, die Leute so schnell wie möglich besser zu schulen.

Would have loved to have stayed longer.
Pros:

The room was very nice and quite roomy. The bed and sofa were firm (a plus for me). Breakfast was more than I expected, hot eggs, sausage, fried potatoes with peppers and onions, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, waffles and hot beverages.
