Here from St. Louis and having a great time in the lobby!! Met M Lawton the best valet!
Our bed was broke down had a hole in the middle basically none of our toiletries were filled in the bathroom and the shower they were all empty. They tried to fix it by switching our room and ran into the same problem with the beds the floor was dirty
Great location
Nothing bad to say!
We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown - Broadway from April 2 to 5, 2026.
We arrived early hoping to store our bags so we could walk to Whole Foods Market, which is just a short walk away, and were pleasantly surprised that our room was already ready. That set the tone for a great experience right from the start.
Our room on the 4th floor was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was some occasional street noise and the odd guest returning to their room could be heard, but overall the hotel was quiet and restful. We had a standard king room with plenty of thoughtful features including a wardrobe with a safe, a large bench that easily fit both of our suitcases, a desk with a rolling chair, and a small couch. The fridge, coffee station, and microwave were all appreciated, and the entrance area had extra space and a shelf for personal items.
The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion, which is especially helpful for anyone traveling with carry on luggage. Everything throughout the hotel, including public areas, was exceptionally clean. We constantly saw staff cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping.
The front desk staff were fantastic and always helpful. The valet team greeted us every time we arrived or left, which added a very welcoming touch. There is also a bar with live music daily. We did not have a chance to enjoy it fully, but what we heard while heading out one day sounded great.
There is a small convenience shop on site that is a bit more expensive than nearby options, but very handy if you need something quickly. The breakfast area is large with plenty of seating, and we appreciated having the option to bring food back to our room. The staff kept everything well stocked and clean. The breakfast offerings were excellent, with a variety of hot items including omelets, pork and turkey sausage, and biscuits with gravy. There were also cereals, fresh pancakes, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, and warm cinnamon rolls that were absolutely delicious.
The location is ideal, just a few blocks from the bars on Broadway, making it easy to walk and save money on Uber and taxis (when we did need transportation, I found Taxis' to be much more expensive than Uber or Lyft).
This hotel is completely cashless, with purchases charged to your room, which was convenient.
We were extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.
Johnny helped me as soon as I got here and the hotel service was amazing 10/10
Jay jay was the best valet everrr. He recommended a lot of places and they are all amazing. He had the best service everrr!!!

I would love to shout out the valet worker named Johnny he helped me with my luggage upstairs and is very helpful with directions to places.
Perfect location, room and fitness centre. The washing facility was brilliant.
Valet parking very expensive! Breakfast basic and the same everyday!
Good location close but far enough from the strip. Jayson and the other Valets were great
Jayson was a terrific vallet. We had a great stay.
Zentrale Lage zum Broadway, Parkhaus vorhanden… ACHTUNG Valetparking kostet extra 65$ ! ( nicht in der Parkplatzgebühr inbegriffen)
Close to downtown walked everywhere we wanted to!
Parking is expensive
Jayson was the best valet ever. I would definitely recommend finding Jayson because even though the valet is super expensive, his service makes up for it exceptionally.
Close to downtown
Large fee for parking with valet
