Excellent location, room and facilities
Pros:

Great stay, excellent room very spacious, staff very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast, great pool and hot tub. Super easy walk to Disneyland many shops and eateries nearby

Ok, no se hagan ilusiones
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, muy cerca de los parques y en un lindo lugar. La habitación limpia y el parking muy comodo.

Cons:

- la ducha tenia muy poca presion y tardaba años en calentar. No me gusto.
- el desayuno estaba ok. Esperaba un desayuno caliente con huevos y cosas asi, solamente hay tostadas, bizcochos, cereales y cafe, nada muy saludable, salvo fruta. La gente que valoró como muy bueno el desayuno jamas comio un buen desayuno de hotel. Me extraño de Best Western que normalmente tiene desayunos excelentes.
- Ademas tenes que comer afuera!! No tiene mesas para comer adentro, si hace frio tenes que sentarte afuera y si llueve te tenes que ir a desayunar a la habitación, lo cual no es ideal para nada.

Good experience like always
Pros:

It was like always great experience, room super clean.

Cons:

The breakfast, this time was not like all the time they only had cold breakfast, not the usual warm breakfast with egg and all the good stuff, they are renovating there kitchen, I guess that’s way.

Disappointed - will never stay there again & neither will anyone in my family
Pros:

The staff member when I checked in was very helpful. She assisted me in holding my bags, since the room was not available when we checked in. She was the best person I talked to the entire time I was there. Location to walk to Toy Story lot was awesome, also. That's about it.

Cons:

The a/c in my room did not work and the front desk person on-site when I arrived back after a full day at Disneyland (at 11ish p.m.), was extremely unhelpful in resolving the situation, even going so far as to lie to the manager about me "yelling, ranting, & raving" (which was absolutely not true).

Hotel has no fans onsite and could/would not relocate me to a room with a working a/c OR unlock the lock on my window so that I could cool down my room using outside air - AND THEN wanted me to allow a maintenance person to enter my room AFTER MIDNIGHT and repair/replace the a/c, which I was informed by a maintenance worker would be 2-3+ hours.

Front desk guy would not refund me so that I could go stay somewhere else because he was 100% booked, then only proposed points (which I rejected) and finally a 50% partial refund and, when I talked to the Manager the next day, she approved, but they did not actually refund me the amount she agreed to. Same front desk guy, when I checked out, would not adjust the refund to actually be what the Manager said it would be (50% off the room rate + the taxes and fees I shouldn't have paid in the first place) without verifying with her, and I still haven't heard from her to rectify the situation - she came on at 11 a.m. today and it is now 4 hours later.

Save yourself the hassle and stay anywhere else.

Great value for money.
Pros:

Family room was very spacious. The most comfortable beds. Rooms were cleaned daily. Pool heated and a nice hot spa. Lots of renos happening for the better but I loved the takeaway breakfast idea. Staff were ultra friendly and accomodating. Location to Disneyland was perfect. Only a short 10 minute walk to the drop off busses.

Cons:

The laundry was not working but the laundry mat around the corner was great. Very little water pressure in shower.

Great location and clean room.
Pros:

The location was great for Disneyland and the room was clean. They decorated the room for my baby’s birthday with some balloons and a happy birthday banner .

Cons:

There wasn’t enough parking. During the night people parked in front of us and it delayed us when we were trying to leave.
