Just within walking distance to Disneyland, Spa, Car Parking. Comfortable room.

No es la primera vez que me quedo en ese hotel, y ver que no hay buen servicio de desayuno como lo era antes, fue una decepción, entonces teníamos que desayunar fuera del hotel, la última vez que fui fue hace 6 meses y el desayuno era mejor, y aún sigue en remodelación el área para desayunar

Close to toy story parking lot

Cons:

We did have ants in showers and 2nd bathroom, staff did take care of it, 2nd ac unit didnt work. We did get fans. But being on the 3rd floor mad the room hot through the day.

Excellent stay with renovated rooms and a prime location
Pros:

I had a great experience at the Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites. The renovated rooms are excellent—spacious and featuring very comfortable beds, which made for a great night's sleep. The location is also fantastic. While the continental breakfast was good, I did miss having a dedicated space where we could sit down and enjoy our meal more peacefully. Overall, I highly recommend it for the quality of the accommodations!

It’s under construction. No parking when I arrived. AC smelled horrible. Thin walls wasn’t able to sleep in. Outdated bed linens.

Not worth the stay.
Pros:

The only positive was the location and the fact that I was able to check in quickly after a long trip.

Cons:

The biggest issue was misleading advertising. The photos and listed amenities do not reflect the actual current condition of the hotel.

The property is clearly under renovation, which was not properly disclosed. The environment is messy, with ongoing construction, and the overall experience is far from what is shown online.

The advertised “gym” and “continental breakfast” are not accurate representations of what is actually offered. The breakfast was extremely poor and completely different from what is shown in the photos. Other guests have reported similar issues, including lack of proper breakfast options and ongoing renovations affecting the stay .

I stayed the first night only because I was exhausted from traveling. The next morning, after seeing the breakfast situation, I canceled immediately and moved to another hotel.

I strongly recommend that future guests check Google Maps Street View and recent reviews before booking, as the online photos are misleading.
