Una experiencia terrible. Encontramos una chinche en la cama que picó a mi hija. Llevé el insecto a la recepción como evidencia, pero en lugar de tomar el problema en serio, solo nos ofrecieron un descuento en el estacionamiento. La gerente se negó a hacerse responsable y aseguró que habían inspeccionado la habitación y que no encontraron nada. Incluso nos dijeron que, si queríamos comprobar que había chinches, nosotros mismos debíamos pagar una inspección con una empresa externa, lo cual es completamente inaceptable.
Además, habíamos rentado una suite y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Lo único que hicieron fue darnos tres abanicos. Dijeron que un técnico iría a repararlo, pero nunca llegó. Tampoco estuvieron dispuestos a hacer un reembolso ni a ofrecer una solución adecuada.
Otra cosa muy engañosa es que anuncian que ofrecen desayuno caliente. Eso es falso. No informan antes de reservar que están en remodelación. En lugar de un desayuno caliente, solo entregan una bolsa con cereal, avena y fruta para llevar.
La falta de responsabilidad, el pésimo servicio al cliente y la poca preocupación por la seguridad e higiene de los huéspedes hicieron que esta fuera una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido.
No renten este lugar. Ahórrense una muy mala experiencia.
This was a terrible experience. We found a bed bug in our bed, and it bit my daughter. I took the bug to the front desk as proof, but instead of taking the situation seriously, the only thing they offered was a discount on parking. The manager refused to take responsibility and claimed they had inspected the room and found nothing. They even told us that if we wanted to prove there were bed bugs, we would have to pay for our own inspection by a pest control company, which is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, we booked a suite, and the air conditioning did not work. Their only solution was to give us three fans. They said a technician would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. They also refused to issue any refund or provide a reasonable solution.
Another misleading issue is that they advertise a hot breakfast, but that is not true. They do not tell guests before booking that they are under renovation. Instead of a hot breakfast, they only hand out a grab-and-go bag with cereal, oatmeal, and fruit.
The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guests’ health and comfort made this one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
Do not stay here. Save yourself from a very bad experience.
Staff was friendly and they helped out with parking since it was full.
I wish they had the breakfast it mentioned on the reviews but I also understand since they’re remodeling

The room was musty and outdated, the carpet was visibly dirty, on the day we were leaving there were roaches in out bags that were in the hotel also I was one in the bathroom.
