Great bargain on a room for a conference only a short walk to convention center.
Pros:

Great location for attending a conference at the Marriott. Simple but good (and free) breakfast. Quiet in the evening and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

They were doing construction during the day so it was a bit too noisy for a nap and I am glad I didn’t have a car because some folks were parked in by construction vehicles.

Stay away, filthy, unresponsive, safety hazard construction going on and when you call them out on issues, they turn it

Cons:

Poor room conditions broken door handle my grandson was injured been trying to open it. We requested maintenance, but we were told we would have to wait till checkout and then when I complained, the manager contacted me and basically told me I was a liar and that I never reported the issue. Housekeeping also broke my daughter‘s iPad and refused to take accountability. There were cockroaches in the room, dirty stained sheets on one of the beds. Upon arrival they didn’t have a room available for us for over two hours. We arrive there at 2:45 PM. Check-in was at three. They charged us for parking for two vehicles, but due to construction the parking lot was full. They offered free valet and then turned around and double parked both mine and my daughter’s car blocking us in for the whole weekend the staff was rude with the exception of the front desk supervisor he was extremely kind and apologetic for the late check-in, but I only saw him that one time and never again throughout the whole weekend. The manager emailed and called me today and basically told me that they weren’t going to do anything to accommodate my. Concerns and that they would be happy to discuss it next Thursday if I wanted to call back absolutely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I will never stay there again.

Lovely staff but facilites are sub par.
Pros:

The staff was so very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Half of it was under construction which was not disclosed when we booked. This made for constant noise and mess. The room was much smaller than anticipated. They are sort of redone, new paint but some things needs full rehab
