Great but felt very rushed to leave to turn over the room when check out is 11am
Pros:

Everything was great, amenities rocked

Cons:

On 2 occasions on check out day we had someone come by at 8 to ask if we were checking out and again at 10am. We felt rushed and pushed to leave

This property was wonderful, family focused that offered amazing value. It’s at the top of the list for my next Orlando

Very Clean, free breakfast, drink vouchers, beds were comfortable, pizza on property, friendly staff… LOVED everything! We didn’t bring our pet, but loved that this hotel was pet friendly. We only stayed one night, but we will definitely stay here again!! Loved that this resort allowed us early entry! BONUS!!!

The property and staff were
AMAZING! The only downfall was the room above us. We (daughter and I) were awakened by loud noises above our room ALL NIGHT/MORNING! It sounded like a hard ball bouncing on the floor. We concluded after many hours of trying to figure out what was going on upstairs that it may have been a dog playing with his toys when owners weren’t in the room. They must have stayed out LATE because there is no way they could have slept through that noise. We recognize this is not the fault of the resort. The owners left their pet alone for too long.

Pros:

The room we booked had a smell and the staff kindly explained that to us. They responded by upgrading us for no extra charge. The care and sincerity of this hotel was great to see. The room was amazing well kept and cleaned each day and the pool was always warm. I swam on a 3 degrees day.

Cons:

I felt the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking.
