Friendly staff. Nice and clean

I stayed at the Drury for work-related travel; the hotel does meet government employees GSA per diem limits. All the staff that I encountered were friendly and pleasant. WIFI was strong and great for those who are here for work purposes. Most hotel goers appeared to be family types and Disney goers; low noise at nighttime and quiet during the day (guess they're all at Disney) was my experience.
Hotel room, lobby area were clean. Hotel staff was out and about maintaining the premises.
The breakfast, dinner, and popcorn was a nice touch. Standard food but it helps to keep travel expenses affordable these days amid constantly increasing prices. I liked the free coffee/hot tea offerings in the lobby and hotel rooms.
I've continued to have good experiences with Drury hotels for personal and work related trips; will continue to use Drury hotels in the future.

The hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the rms. We used the bus service which was great and took you straight to Disney parks. The breaskfast, and dinner with the kick back in the evening for drinks was soooo nice. The rm was amazing and spacious and I am so glad I chose this hotel for our Disney trip. It is in walking distance of the springs probably about 10 mins. We just took the busy every were and the drivers were prompt and friendly
Great accommodation
The property was great! We loved how the bus ran many times a day to the Disney parks! We went to one park in the morning & rode the bus back to the hotel mid afternoon & rode it early evening back to a Disney park & then rode it late back to the hotel! Matt the bartender was attentive & made the best Miami vices!! We were at the pool bar & he made sure everyone was good & very quick to help when more customers came - he kept up with everyone’s drink & food orders! We also loved the kickback- all the adults in our party got there 3 free alcoholic drinks from Karina or Katrina I believe her name was - she was super friendly and kept the line moving and at the same time talking to each customer. Loved her!!!

The location was PRIME. The amenities - including the nightly kickback were also great.

Comfy room and quiet.
Breakfast was very repetitive
I chose this hotel because of all the amenities and the location. The value was very good in that breakfast was included and an added bonus was an evening light buffet with cocktails. We were able to take a free shuttle to the Disney parks. We were able to walk over to Disney Springs. And we were able to enjoy the Drury property at the pool overlooking a pond. I needed a worry free short get away and this was perfect!
Five days at The Drury and it was definitely an A-1 experience! All of our experiences with Drury Team members were fantastic, polite, helpful and welcoming. Our room was fresh and clean. Our breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL as was the Happy Hour Buffett. Our bartender Johnathan was the best. The shuttle drivers were also prompt and courteous. On checkout Shawn was attentive and very helpful. Definitely recommend and would come back again. Nice Work Disney Springs Drury Team.
