I like the location - great to walk to Disney springs and quick bus ride or uber to the parks.
The pullout bed was not very comfortable and there were 5 of us so we did need to use it as a bed. Also the bathroom door did not have a lock.

Staff gentile per il check in tardivo. Personale attento e in grado di fornire tutte le indicazioni necessarie per muoversi tra i parchi e Disney Spring. Fantastico il servizio navetta per i parchi, con orari precisi: ohni giorno è possibile ritirare al desk della reception gli orari aggiornati. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo super fornita: ovvio, stile americano ma non abbiamo avuto modo di rimpiangere la colazione italiana. Ottima la possibilità di usufruire dell'early entry ai parchi, essendo l'hotel convenzionato. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente: ottimo per visitare i parchie e l'area Disney Spring. Ci ritornei e lo consiglierei.

Pedi um quarto para 3 pessoas, cheguei ao quarto o sofá não estava preparado, liguei para a receção a qual mandou-me fazer eu a cama. O pequeno almoço poderia ter queijo, fiambre.

Prior to our arrival, a manager called to see if I needed anything like towels or pillows? I said yes, extra towels and pillows would be great. I was really impressed that someone would actually call to ask. Upon getting into our room, there were no extra towels or pillows. I had to call down to get them, this defeated the previous call from a manager.
The location was great, a short walk to Disney Springs and short bus/drive to the parks. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and efficient. The included breakfast and kick back drinks and food was a great benefit, the pool was clean and great to relax for a bit after being at the parks. It’s was very good value for money.
Our room wasn’t cleaned on the last day despite not having a ‘do not disturb’ sign on it. It’s pretty basic as a hotel in terms of aesthetics and gets very busy with large school groups and similar so breakfast can be hectic, also the prices for cocktails were steep, but that didn’t detract from the overall positives.
10/10 Hotel, staff , breakfast buffet and walking distance to Disney springs. Transportation to and from Disney would.
