Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

I was upgraded to a king suite for my stay as I was celebrating my wedding anniversary with my wife. The staff ensured my stay was great.

The were wonderful, kind and helpful. Our flight to Orlando arrived at 8am so we arrived at the hotel by approx 1030 to check of our room might be ready. I think her name was Carmen, and she found us a room, even though we were so early. She was going out of her way to help everyone, even though she was working the front desk on her own.
The free breakfast was perfect. It had many great choices for hot and cold items. And again the breakfast staff was great, especially the kind gentleman serving the hot food.
The location was amazing. In a strip mall that had great food, gas, and gift items available for purchase. It was also less than 15 minutes away from Universal and Disney springs.
The hotel itself needs to be renovated. The safe didn't work and we were advised that they were removing the safes as they didn't have any to replace the broken ones. The AC machine was old and would freeze the person sleeping next to it while others in the room could be warm. Many little fixtures need fixing but all in all, I would stay there again if I just needed it while I went to the parks, or maybe I would find a nicer place to try.

Centrally located. Warm and welcoming front desk. Family friendly. Room was clean but had too much air freshener. Breakfast was sufficient for a quick bite with basic selections but eggs were terrible. The restaurant server was very pleasant daily, while welcoming everyone with a smile and a good morning. Over all good value hotel. Close to Wawa, Dollar Tree, and various restaurants. Easy drive to Disney Springs and just about anywhere. Unfortunately the GPS suggests you drive through the back of the shopping center to get to the hotel. This is terrible as you’re driving through the shopping center trash area. Not the best first impression. The landscaping was not maintained as all the bushes were dead upon arrival. I was pleasantly delighted that the bed was comfortable! While there we took the complimentary shuttle to Epcot, where you can take transport to Magic Kingdom. Bus arrived on time! That’s always a plus.

Loved the family suite! My kids loved the bunk bed and the King Bed is very comfortable. Housekeeping came everyday and kept everything clean. Awesome breakfast and breakfast staff too!

Nice hotel convenient to Disney. Staff super friendly and I would certainly stay here again on future visits to Orlando area.

Great location, rooms are perfect, very clean rooms!

Ever so often, there is a scent from the bathroom and sink in the bedroom area. There's always a towel or two with hairs on them even when replenished. There is also a scent in the hallway. Breakfast was okay, not much changes on each day. CS was the takeaway, great and helpful personnels.

The hotel is superbly located close to several restaurants. The daily shuttle to the theme parks is very convenient. The hotel itself is comfortable and serves a buffet breakfast every morning
