Breakfast was ok, clean rooms, nice space in the room. The only thing for me, was the bed that was to soft. But it has a great location, 8 -12 min from Disney Parks, also the staff is efficient and kind!
Just the bed was way too soft for me.
I think the staff during my stay was great, her name was Priya. She was super helpful and understanding with the issues we encountered during our stay..
However the conditions of the rooms we got were very poor for the brand Marriott. It was quite disappointing to see that even after paying this much for our stay the conditions of the bathrooms and the doors were not well set up. It was quite frustrating to have to deal with such issues when your travelling with family and choose to book a hotel thinking this will be good for the whole family to enjoy and be comfortable but that’s not what we experienced. Which is disappointing because when we’re coming from a different country the last thing you want to worry about is the hotel accommodation or the basic facilities inside the room. But we unfortunately had to worry about it and yes they moved us to a different room but we faced the same issue there with the main door not functioning properly when you try to lock it. So it was overall a very exhausting and frustrating experience.

The beds are really comfy the couch was nice I really enjoyed the breakfast
The couch bed was very flimsy and was not comfortable at all we didn't even get to use it because how uncomfortable it was

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service we received during our hotel check-in. Ms. Priya was extremely helpful, pleasant, patient, and professional. We had accidentally booked the wrong Fairfield Inn & Suites through Expedia, and instead of simply directing us elsewhere, Ms. Priya took the time to assist us in finding the correct hotel that better suited our needs and was closer to the airport.
Ms. Priya checked her computer and discovered that there was an error with our booking confirmation and that Expedia had made the reservation for the wrong location. She went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved, including helping us receive our refund and assisting with making a new reservation.
I would also like to recognize her colleague, Ms. Vennica, who took the time to help us find another hotel within the same hotel family that could accommodate our accessibility needs as best as possible. They both demonstrated genuine compassion, patience, and excellent customer service.
The manager also came out personally and assisted us with rebooking another hotel that could better accommodate our needs. Everyone we encountered made us feel valued and cared for during what could have been a very stressful situation.
Thank you, Ms. Priya, Ms. Vennica, and the manager, for going above and beyond! Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. Your customer service is a wonderful reflection of the hotel, and it deserves to be recognized. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The room smelled bad and I left my speaker in room when I checked out. I tried to get it back but the staff kept saying they didn’t see it.
