Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

Location is great. There are quite a few dining options you can walk to, including Indian, Mexican, burgers, and a wawa. There is a Winn Dixie and Publix grocery store near by as well. The rooms are clean amd comfortable. Breakfast has a variety of cold and hot foods. There is a free Disney and Universal Park shuttle at this hotel. Its about 20 minutes from the oulet mall and Disney Springs.

Overall good location to Disney. Rooms were good, and staff was excellent. My only real complaint and one that would make me hesitant to stay again was the parking situation. Parking was really bad, you shared the parking lot with the strip center next door. Some parking was behind the strip center it was both dark after the sunset, isolated, and the area was filled with over flowing dumpsters, trash was everywhere. This is not a safe situation. Again the hotel itself was fine.

Staff was friendly, professional, and interested in our comfort. The suite upgrade was much appreciated and the accommodations clean and comfortable. The one suggestion I would make is to change to comfort height toilets.

Great stay at Fairfield! Yana, the front desk manager, was very welcoming and helpful and made the check-in process smooth. The room was impeccable and the breakfast was excellent. Great customer service overall!

Good location

The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the exercise equipment in fitness room all work. The shower rod needed a little bit of attention, but that was a minor thing.

I like staying here because it is easy access to Disney World and lots of restaurants. Parking can be a problem on busy weekends.

Had great time at this Fairfield hotel. The breakfast was good, especially the lady who tended the breakfast area. Would recommend this hotel. Liked that there were eateries nearby, walking distance.

This is a busy location, near to many attractions. The staff is excellent from top to bottom. All friendly and helpful. The breakfast was among the very best of any Fairfield choices and we stay at many. The configuration of the room seemed a little odd, but its advantage was the ability to close off the living room portion privately and was very spacious.

Close to everything we wanted to see. Spacious room. Clean facilities. Very pleasant staff.

Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants to choose from. And the dollar store was there for any essentials.

Great hospitality & value. Location is good, traffic is what it is all over, so no getting around that anyways. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the restaurants w/in walking distance, but they looked good!

I specifically booked this hotel for my trip in Orlando because of it's location to main attractions (Disneyworld, Seaworld, Universal studios etc.) and pricing. It is listed as a 3-star hotel but the service and guest experience deserve 5 stars. This location is located in a plaza with restaurants, parking may be an issue during peak season. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are out-dated and could use an upgrade, the only complaints are the shower's hot water takes a very long time to get hot and the air conditioner in the room is quite loud. Other than that, very good for it's price and location. Complimentary breakfast selection isn't bad however the breakfast staff needs some recognition for a job well done!!
