Excellent for a budget hotel. Would definitely stay here again

Location, personnel, breakfast included, free shuttle to amusement parks. Bryan from the night shift was very accommodating to us when we arrived at 0600 in the morning and gave us the room before checking time and the breakfast

Pros:

The room was decent size for a 2 queen room. Bathroom had ample space. There were 2 bottles of water and a pack of cookies in the room which was a nice touch. Also Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower dispensers was full for all of us to take showers without running out.

Cons:

Since we checked in and immediately left for the parks, we didn't know there was an issue with the toliet until we returned to fall asleep at 1 am. I am disappointed that the parking fee is not disclosed until check in and the incidental fee is not disclosed at all, this would have possibly changed my choice of places to stay as I had a small budget for hotel stay. Hotel parking is tight and attached to a small shopping plaza adjacent to property.

Just right for the price
Pros:

This place is perfect for someone on a budget because the rate is reasonable and the location is just right. It's a short 6-10 minutes rideshare to Disney Springs and there's several restaurants and fast food places across from the hotel. There's also a convenience store and dollar store. The rooms are clean but outdated and the windows have a film inside of some type that helps with privacy but they're peeling off. The beddings can also use a replacement. But with a microwave and small refrigerator in the room, what would've been a couple of thousands in a 4 or 5 star hotel for a few nights stay is only a couple hundred here. The best thing for me was all the staff were friendly and responsive. They were all polite and courteous and understanding why some guests complain. I would stay here again.

Cons:

1hr 15 to check in is not acceptable. They then tried to blame a fault with booking.com not having paid them for our rooms. Not what you need after 16hrs travelling with a child.
