La ubicación y la amabilídad del personal: la recepcionista Hind fue muy amable, no teníamos cambio en dírhams y nos prestó para ir al centro. Los compañeros que estaban con ella de turno. Nos recibieron con dulces árabes. Buen desayuno.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre stadtnah gelegene Lage und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen.
Das Zimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr komfortabel und makellos sauber.
Das Personal war durchweg äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders hervorzuheben sind Hind, Jawad und Ayman.
Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen – es war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Breakfast and location are 5 star! My stay at NJ Hotel in Rabat was overall pleasant, with comfortable rooms, a good location, and generally attentive staff. The hotel clearly has a lot to offer and can provide a solid experience for its guests. That said, I would like to give a special mention and sincere thanks to Anwar, Nourdin, Yawad, Ayman, Hind, Souhail, and Mouad for their professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. Their efforts truly helped make the experience more enjoyable and are a great asset to the hotel.
One significant issue stood out and should be addressed for future improvement. During our stay, the hotel was accommodating a large external conference group. While hosting such events is understandable, it appeared that the needs of paying hotel guests were not adequately balanced alongside those of the conference attendees.
On one particular morning, the restaurant was almost entirely occupied by the conference group, leaving very limited seating for hotel guests. In addition, the breakfast buffet was not sufficiently replenished, resulting in very few options remaining for those not part of the event. This created a slightly frustrating experience and did not reflect the level of service one would expect.
For future reference, the hotel should ensure that when hosting large (external) groups, enough seating capacity and breakfast provisions are reserved for hotel guests. Proper planning and resource allocation would go a long way in maintaining a positive experience for everyone.
With better management of such situations, the NJ Hotel has the potential to deliver a consistently high-quality stay.
