Ça ne vaut pas le prix
Pros:

Le confort du lit

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, tout était froid ..le messemen , harcha,crêpes etc..
Pas assez de serviettes, une dosette de café pour un couple , pas de peignoir pour un 4* pas de chaussons .

Bien situé et lit confortable. En revanche le service est catastrophique.

Le service : petit déjeuner compliqué à l’heure de pointe impossible de s’assoir et personnel peu réactif pour un 4 étoiles au Maroc.
Parking sur place compliqué, il faut de garer dans la rue.

Wszystko mi odpowiadało, dobre śniadanie,miła obsługa [szczególnie Ayman,Jawad i Hasana ktora dbała o porządek w naszym pokoju]. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca Rabat Ville, można łatwo się przemieścić pociągiem.

Un soggiorno terribile

Cons:

Soggiornare a gennaio e avere il problema della rottura dell’ aria condizionata e’ un disagio ma, puo’ capitare, siamo nel pianeta terra e le cose possono non funzionare.
Segnalato il guasto alla reception prima di uscire in città, abbiamo segnalato e concesso al personale di entrare in camera per controllare ed eventualmente risolvere.
Ritornati, 2 ore dopo, il problema era lo stesso quindi, segnalato ancora una volta, il ragazzo karim dice che avrebbe chiamato il tecnico e che sarebbe salito dopo che noi eravamo già in camera, ok. Arrivano sia Karim che ilTecnico che era il portiere che era da sempre con lui lì in turno che, già prima avrebbe potuto o dovuto verificare come promesso. Magicamente, fa accendere il Display dell’airco semplicemente dal contatore che era staccato. Nel mentre erano gia’ le 24.00 passate, sembrava finalmente tutto a posto.
In realtà, l aria calda non è mai uscita e.. abbiamo dormito tutta la notte al freddo e al gelo, non allego foto per pietà, ma abbiamo dovuto affrontare la notte con sciarpe, giubbotti e papalina. Risultato: bronchite, 7 ore al freddo.
Leggendo come è andata sembra sfortuna ma, facendo l albergatore di mestiere, sfortuna non è stata, spiego:
Se realmente fossero andati a controllare in camera avrebbero visto già da prima che il display era spento e noi all’ arrivo lo avremmo trovato perlomeno acceso. Quindi, al nostro arrivo la camera sarebbe stata fredda, pertanto sarebbe stato normale che fosse dovuto un cambio camera ( perché era evidente che non stava funzionando).
Invece la gestione tempistica è stata montata ad arte per evitare il cambio camera, fare tardi e scoraggiare la nostra richiesta a mezzanotte inoltrata. Quindi e’ evidente che il guasto era presente già al nostro arrivo.

Je trouvais que ce n'était pas super propre mais le personnel était par contre tès gentil. Je ferai référence notamment à Souhail qui fut d'une gentilesse et sympathie rare. Merci à lui

Leuk verblijf in een driesterrenhotel
Pros:

Centrale ligging: het hotel ligt dicht bij het station Rabat Ville. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Nette verouderde kamer met dagelijkse poetsbeurt. Eten in het restaurant is lekker en verzorgd. Ruime menukeuze.

Cons:

Het ontbijtbuffet kan beter en moet sneller worden aangevuld. Marokkaanse thee was altijd lauw; stond op een elektrische warmhoudplaat die niet warmde. Er was altijd één van de twee koffiemachines kapot. Jammer dat de lsemen, harsha, baghrir voorgebakken op schotels liggen en bijgevolg koud zijn. Zou nochtans een grote meerwaarde zijn, mochten ze à la minute worden klaargemaakt. Er is voldoende personeel aanwezig maar de service verloopt chaotisch. Vuile borden blijven veel te lang op de tafels staan. Tip: zaalpersoneel bijscholing laten volgen. Naar mijn bescheiden mening is het NJ Hotel geen viersterrenhotel.

ارجو إعطاء الزبون المستديم عندكم كامل حقوقه

الهدوء وقريب جدا لكل المرافق

موظف في الاستقبال يوم الخميس مساء المفروض ك يعطيني غرفة اكبر من العاديه وكانت متوفر لكن هو ما حب على اني حجزت عن طريق بوكنق
السربايااااا وهو اثنين من الشباب كانو في قلة الادب صباح يوم الجمعه كانوا يضحكون علينا لامر نجهله رايحين جايين و يتمسخرون
