Ce qui m'a déplu, c'est le comportement de l'employée : elle a réclamé une nuit supplémentaire alors que Booking.com avait déjà débité le montant total. De plus, j'avais demandé un lit double, mais on m'a donné deux lits simples.

Personnel au top avec une mention spéciale pour Anwar qui est très efficace et aux petits soins au niveau du service lors du petit déjeuner et il se donne à 400% pour les clients !!
