My room was clean and maid was great didn’t like shower or air condition almost fell in shower

Cons:

El cuarto estuvo 2 días con mal olor, tenía olor a pies y no se puede abrirla ventana por lo tanto no podía ventilarse la habitación

Easy, convenient and less expensive than staying on Disney property.
Pros:

It is close to Universal Studios, staff was friendly, room and property clean. Breakfast had lots of choices, convenient and fast.
When we arrived the safe in our room wasn’t working but the maintenance person came up immediately and fixed it.

Cons:

Sometimes loud in hall.

Pros:

Un hotel con adecuada relación costo beneficio, el desayuno está incluido con variedad limitada de alimentos, sin embargo es suficiente para los días de alojamiento, se encuentra muy cerca de Universal Studios, Island of Advernture y de Epic Universe, hay un counter en el propio hotel donde puedes reservar el traslado sin costo alguno a cualquiera de estos parques y así te ahorras el parqueadero de 35 dolares, pero hay que tener cuenta de que la hora del regreso es máximo a las 20:45 horas y los show de cierre de los parques son a las 21:00 horas, ademas hay que hacer fila en el bus de regreso porque es una ruta que cubre varios hoteles.

Ruido vehícular y de las habitaciones contiguas.

breakfast with choices, coffee station in the lobby.

Cons:

There were 5 of us travelling and me and my husband used the pull out bed and it was horrible, it needs replacement as all your weight met up in the center of the bed.
Breakfast area were closed early like 9:30 than the time it says it'll close, especially the guy assigned in breakfast area, just forgot his name closed it earlier than 9:30am and giving people a wrong impression that they're so late in their breakfast and having second thoughts of getting in.
Carpet in our room was so dirty with marks on it.
Room was not vacuum one time until the next morning ask housekeeper to do it.

Ótima estadia!
Pros:

O hotel fica bem perto dos parques da Universal. Tem ônibus pros parques que passa na porta em horários definidos. Acabei usando mais Uber, pela conveniência de ir a qualquer hora, com custo de menos de 10 dólares.
O café da manhã é bom para os padrões americanos.
Fiquei bem satisfeito com a hospedagem.

Não tenho do que me queixar.
