I had a work event, stayed the night and it was a good experience.
Pros:

I had a work event 5 mins from the hotel, first time staying there. I arrived at 7 pm and only stayed the night. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and immediately engaged me, I identified myself, she asked me was it my first stay and I said yes, she said welcome! I appreciate that level of service. The room was comfortable, clean, clean towels and the bathroom was nice and clean. The night was great, checked out at 6 am and loved that they had brewed coffee downstairs. It was a great stay for me. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Hard to say because I was there for an overnight stay and it was good so far.

Value for Money: Extremely overpriced ($200/night) for the poor facilities and services provided.
• Room and Odor: The room in general, especially the carpet, had a bad smell.
• Noise and Lack of Privacy: Terrible soundproofing. The connecting door allowed sound from the neighboring room to pass through as if they were inside ours. Additionally, the gym was on our floor, and at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, weights were being dropped, sounding like loud thumps in our room.
• Maintenance: The air conditioner sounded like a broken motor or an old car. We reported it and they supposedly "fixed" it, but it still didn't work.
• Bathroom: The bathroom was tiny.
• Storage: The luggage area was too small, barely fitting one carry-on.
• Breakfast: Very poor with no options, and served on cardboard plates, which is unjustifiable for a $200/night hotel.

Housekeeping does a terrible job if you stay here more than one night.
Pros:

I stayed here 3 nights. The room is nice. Great breakfast it was the same items every morning. Housekeeping they come in your room make up bed take trash out did not replenish cups,towels or clean surfaces or floor. It was like staying at a motel 6 hotel. Then in my room 404 there is a door the people complained about hearing my television on. Then dont have a door in-between rooms. One day I was hanging out by the pool at 3.30 pm my room was still not made up.They need new Housekeeping management I took a towel wiped the sink floor area disgusting dirty from the floor.The 3 days I was there Housekeeping staff did not clean the toilet tile floor they really dont care. A lot of the hotels want to charge a lot of money and give you lousy servicr.

Unclean, dirty and really bad staff
Pros:

The rooms were dirty; the maid didn’t even make an effort to clean them, floors weren’t even broomed. When I complained they made an annotation in a list that requested “full service”; seems it is common to manage unclean rooms. Even with the note the rooms still were dirty…
