Overall a pleasant stay but some of the above would make it even better.
Pros:

Good location
Good sized room
We were able to extend our stay to 4pm for 50 dollars.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small in relation to the size of the room.
The washing area had no door so no privacy.
There was no bar or snack facilities.
Breakfast finishes at 9 30 doors close even if you’re still eating!
The pool area isn’t inviting, small pool and broken chairs.

I am requesting a full refund since we did not stay at the resort.
Pros:

Never got to experience being there because of flight cancellation at the end of the day after sitting in Philadelphia airport for 13 hours. I requested a refund. Booking.com does not respond

Cons:

Paying for a stay at a place I never stayed .

Nice but expensive if you arrive early.
Pros:

Very clean but we arrived at 10 am and we’re not allowed in the room until 3. We had to pay 50 dollars to get in early, I thought this was terrible as the room was ready. Otherwise we would have to sit in the very small lobby until 3 pm. Please fix this problem , 50 dollars is a lot of money to get into a hotel room that cost 200 dollars and have to pay 50 more, that is rediculous.
