Important information:

After confirmation, we will reach out to guests to send a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. It may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management the day of the check in. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a two story building with no elevator. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Due to renovations and construction next door, noise may be present. There is no daily housekeeping. Cleanings can be requested for an additional fee. License number is STR2022-2022979-APP. Furthermore, towels are not automatically changed daily. Should you require fresh towels, an Environmental Fee will apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The layout And customer service excellent

Cons:

Each night around 2 am guests were loud outside for at 1-2 hours. Interrupted sleep.
The staff person at the desk was going to look at the cameras to ID the source.

The stay was nice and I enjoyed my stay for the most part.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness. There was an issue with the toilet seat needing to be replaced. It was done quickly.

Cons:

I didn't like the gate noise. Late in the evening, people coming in through the gate, it slammed shut.
The first day, the maid was at my door before I even got to get showered and dressed. After that, I kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. It would be nice to have a continental breakfast available. The gym stationary bike needs fixing or replaced.
