Important information:

After confirmation, we will reach out to guests to send a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. It may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management the day of the check in. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a two story building with no elevator. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Due to renovations and construction next door, noise may be present. There is no daily housekeeping. Cleanings can be requested for an additional fee. License number is STR2022-2022979-APP. Furthermore, towels are not automatically changed daily. Should you require fresh towels, an Environmental Fee will apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Wouldn’t go back.
Cons:

Parking was inconvenient and was the group of drunks outside our door.
The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom needed a good scrubbing.

Fantastic Redo MCM!!!
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable! The shower head is not made for anyone above 6'. You'll need to bend over, but the water pressure was excellent. Enjoyed sitting outside in the morning with a free coffee from the lobby. It's only a single k-cup, which took a bit longer than usual to brew.

Cons:

When we checked-in, the very non expressive lady, did not greet us with a smile. It felt like we were bothering her from what ever she was watching. Also, there is a $10 per night parking fee, which we were surprised with.

Great unique stay. Retro experience with modern amenities. Convenient & fun!
Pros:

Such a cool retro vibe & experience. We loved the rooms and the courtyard with pool & grassy area. The showers had great pressure, only downside was the drain didn’t drain well and it almost overflowed with a quick shower. Would have asked to switch rooms but we were only there for one quick night. I let staff know. The whole place was very unique and we caught an amazing sunset from our room!

Clean and safe!
Pros:

Everything, it was safe which is one of the most important aspects of a hotel. The room was very clean, like wow! Can we talk about the pool, we even went swimming at 9pm it was gorgeous!! I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!!!! I wish we would’ve stayed here the entire stay, one thing I will say, if you’re waffling staying here or somewhere in phoenix… stay here!!!

The rooms are fantastic. The decor is so unique. The pool area felt like I was on vacation in Hawaii
Pros:

The pool was amazing! The room was exactly what I needed. The restaurant attach Hai Noon was fantastic!

Cons:

A hot tub would have been great to have for night time relaxing. Would have liked breakfast to be included or for the restaurant to be open for breakfast.

Enjoyable
Pros:

It was a nice cozy place and very family oriented. I loved hearing the kids enjoy their time in the pool and watching the older people talk around the fire. It was such a good time. Thank you

Thoroughly enjoyed this property and the close proximity to everything.
Pros:

Room very large, extremely comfortable bed. AC worked wonderful! Bathroom very spacious, loved the Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash! Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

I wanted to be able to walk to the Desert Botanical Gardens as I didn't have a car. There isn't much choice for restaurants in the area and the grocery stores are a half an hour walk away. Scottsdale in February is high season and hotels are expensive, this was fine for my needs. The rooms are large and beds are really comfortable, hotel is clean and retro, reminded me of South Beach. The front desk staff are lovely. .

Cons:

Traffic and outside noise is bad, I used ear plugs, left the bathroom fan on and slept well.
