After confirmation, we will reach out to guests to send a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. It may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management the day of the check in. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a two story building with no elevator. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Due to renovations and construction next door, noise may be present. There is no daily housekeeping. Cleanings can be requested for an additional fee. License number is STR2022-2022979-APP. Furthermore, towels are not automatically changed daily. Should you require fresh towels, an Environmental Fee will apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was very clean
I didn’t like the pillows they were really uncomfortable
I booked this hotel for an overnight stay to break up a long drive and be close to the Phoenix airport. I arrived around 1 a.m., and the front desk staff provided clear, accurate directions to parking near my room. The room was clean, quiet, and exactly as pictured. Although the property is a motel-style motor lodge, I appreciated that the rooms were located behind a gated entrance requiring a code, which made the property feel secure. The location was convenient, about a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and only about five minutes from the nearby botanical gardens, which I wanted to visit during my short time in the Phoenix area. Overall, it was a great option for a convenient and comfortable overnight stay.
I don’t have any complaints for what I was looking for, which was a convenient place to stay overnight. For a longer vacation, I would probably prefer a larger hotel with more amenities. However, for a quick overnight stay, this hotel was a great fit for my needs.
We were expecting basic but were very impressed. Spotlessly clean. The location was great and easy to get around to other places, also close to the airport. All staff we spoke to were lovely and very helpful.

Property was well kept, clean and good value for money for the rooms.
They stated the hotel was “pet friendly” with charges that may apply. It was $150 per dog for 1 night stay. Market price is $20-40, and considering our room was $80 it was really frustrating to see that was not advised when we checked in to have that fee on check out is disappointing.
