Pros:

Pet allowed rooms were so far from the elevators! Wrih 2 pups, and luggage, it was a trek. The hallways were dingy and carpets smelled like dog poop. Same as the room. A couple of the rooms, people were partying, with music so loud it felt like we were sleeping next to a night club! Was the worst, when traveling through and we just needed rest. The bath tub was all chipped or covered-up with chipping paint. Was the worst hotel! Not ever staying at a Sheraton again!

Pros:

Room was big but the hotel is old and not modernized. Can be cleaner with better towels and sheets. The sheets were dirty. Towels were old and worn out.

Pros:

This hotel is not what we expected. It needs a major renovation. Stayed in King loft, it’s dark, furniture is tired and worn, bathroom needs new shower (plumbing pipes knock). Service from front desk very friendly.

This was an easy, safe walk from the (free) tram to Temple Center. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Friendly staff, clean room.
Pros:

My stay went well and all in all it was very good. My room had a couple of small issues, the door to the closet was difficult to keep closed the safe did not work and the door wouldn't stay closed so I had to Lodge a tissue in it to make the closet door closed, the shower head needed to be cleaned because the water pressure was not terribly strong. I did not notify the hotel, none of these were a big concerns to me. All in all as I mentioned it was a very good stay.
