Good location and comfortable accommodations.
TV was broken but the manager made accommodations that were acceptable.
A bit pricey for a room that had a bathroom that smelled like urine. That kind of urine smell is from not cleaning properly and not just from the night before, it’s urine smell from months. Something stronger needs to be used (like bleach) to remove that odor. Not just cleaning the toilet but making sure the floor and walls are cleaned properly also. Definitely won’t be staying there again, just because of that.

The location is very near the airport. I could go there on foot at the midnight.
The room's view is exellent.
The map for moving from the front desk to the room is not easy to follow due to the font of the printed text. It will be helpful if the hotel can fix it.

Would have liked a room with a window that you could see to the outside. Need better lighting in bathroom.
The bed was comfortable and the shuttle to the airport was punctual. The coffee maker in the room was easy to use and brewed quickly.
My room was in a separate building from the lobby. I wasn't comfortable having to walk around outside in the dark early morning trying to locate the front door of the lobby to check out and get the shuttle. Booking.com showed the $4 service charge was included in the total, but I was charged for it.
Everyday trash on my patio. Bathroom is extremely small and difficult to even close the door. No me of my electronics worked in the room even though they worked in the lobby, hall and even out in my car.
Rooms are very noisy especially the ones by the door where people come in and out of

There was not even a comforter there was a quilt in a sheet. My window was overlooking the restaurants exhaust pipes with dirt and grime everywhere in the window seal. It was disgusting not to mention a horrible smell through the entire room
Tv wasn’t working the room was smaller then the pics people were very loud with music and all didn’t feel comfortable
