Please note, a hold of CAD $150 is placed on the guest's credit card for incidentals.

Guests will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.

The property does not accept Visa Debit cards to guarantee to the reservation. Guests can pay for the stay with Visa Debit upon check-in, but not to secure the reservation online.

Please note, for groups of 4 rooms or more a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of reservation to the credit card used to book the rooms. If this charge is unsuccessful we will contact the guest, and if there is no reply within 24 hours (ie 48 hours before check in time) the reservation will be canceled.

Room was very comfortable. Loved our view of the mountains. No train or traffic noise.

The furnace/ac was quite loud. Fee for parking at the hotel.

It was really comfortable to stay in the hotel. Everything was made really for guests.

Cons:

Everywhere in the hotel were clean. Washroom and bed really comfortable to use. Hot tubs and pool were opening at 6AM and it was really convenient for us before leaving the hotel.

Cons:

No parking had to ask where we could park and they had us illegally park just to fit into the parking lot. Elevator didn’t work either.
