Will not book again , staff were nice tho but for obvious reasons stated above^

Close to my event so convenient

Cons:

No room key for the first night due too their services being down so hotel attendant had to let us in our room each time , roaches in the microwave witch the hotel staff only said “I can clean the microwave for you” in witch I asked for a different room and was told no , super expensive none refundable pet fees with additional pet fees for each night. No blow dryer or iron in the room. But overall convenient I suppose.

I like the surrounding areas and that it's near everything..

Cons:

The non smoking rooms were filthy and smoky and dusty.mi had asked the front desk Manager if I could switch rooms but he said they were full..I had to go to the dollar tree and buy a mop and cleaning products..I was uncomfortable the whole trip..The stove looked like it hadn't been used for years.. everything was just dirty and falling apart..to be honest I'd give them a one star ✨ rating..and that's only for their convenient location. It was the worst place I ever stayed in in my entire life ..

Cons:

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. I had to ask the attendant twice to get our room ready the delay waiting on them to get the room ready caused us to be able to spend less time with our son and letting him rest.

Some staff was polite

Cons:

Night shift cashier with rough synthetic wig was disrespectful and plain nasty.
I was not accommodated when booking.com cancelled my stay without my knowledge due to their own overbooking problem.
I was giving the run around by the hotel amd booking.com and both told me to contact the other so that THEY could communicate with each other
It’s been almost 3 months without any response or resolution from either party i would recommend not wasting your time .
