The best option in Chachapoyas
Pros:

I love this hotel! It was my second time staying there and the next time I'm in Chachapoyas I'm not going to look for any other place.
The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is clean and spacious and the hot water works just fine and with good pressure.
The location is fantastic. Just a block from the square yet in a quiet alley.
The ladies from the staff are very nice and helpful.
Fantastic value for money. I extended my stay.

Cons:

I would love to have an electric kettle in the room. They will give you a thermos with hot water when asked but sometimes it's leftovers from breakfast and the water's not that hot anymore.
I would appreciate more vegan options for breakfast. I mean I loved my daily palta, or avocado, as Peruvian avocados are the best in the world, but would like to have a bit more variety.

Muy cómodo
Pros:

Las habitaciones limpias, la presión del agua de la ducha excelente, había agua caliente todo el tiempo, la cama muy cómoda, el desayuno era variado a elección de acuerdo a las alternativas del hospedaje.
La recepción en ocasiones estaba vacía, sin embargo, con el número de contacto siempre salía alguien a atender.

El lugar se siente acogedor, es muy cercano a la plaza de armas, hay opciones de comida cerca. Siempre obtuve agua caliente en la ducha.

Immer gerne wieder
Pros:

Ich war mit einer Gruppe dort. Das hat alles gut gepasst: Nähe zur Plaza. Gibt gleich eine gute Bäckerei und Restaurants um die Ecke. Cinthia hat uns bei der Orga vor Ort sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank!

Heerlijke bedden!

Cons:

Het ontbijt is te sober. De hoeveelheid koffie essence voor twee personen is amper genoeg om een halve koffiekop mee te vullen. Je moest dus elke keer bijvragen, wat niet zo fijn aanvoelt.
