Nothing at all.
Place smelled like urine. People hanging around in the way of the stairs. Very trashy place.
Absolutely nothing. I was booked for 4 nights and only made it one. With no reimbursement.
First room was 114. Witnessed GM Champayne chasing random people up the street attempting to fight and was i formed by Cindy welcome to the hood,Curtains couldn't even hang up, busted air conditioning, cigarette burns on sheets, hair in tub, hair on towels, old weave on floor, no cabinets no drawer, and there was mucus on wall that was still wet. Complained and manager Twon said he would upgrade room... while young man was pleasant, he said I will upgrade your room. It wasn't an upgrade, it was 2 adjoining rooms. Shower didnt work in 104 and toilet didnt work in attached room. So I assume if you put both bathrooms together it equals one. There was no internet and only one local channel worked The was a bullet hole in the window. No telephone. No microwave. And I had to put my personal sheets, pillowcases, my own pillows and blankets in order to sleep that night. I attempted to clean the floor with towels because there was something black and sticky with towels turning black. When putting on personal sheets I saw boxspring had spills, blood just disgusting. I am very disappointed in my stay. There was black bugs in the bed!!! Unacceptable and Disgusting. DO BETTER!! Plus Iwas told not to lose myroom key becauseno one isthere after 11p so Iwould just be locked out! If you would like the pictures and videos, I would gladly love to share with corporate considering no one has gotten back to my emails or calls.

You guys advertise Wi-Fi also television and comfortable bed for the prices that I had to pay I got neither very disappointing
Room was unclean and furniture broken. Room has fruit flights and house flies. Room key stopped working several times requiring me to go to the front desk every time.

The towels were filthy. They don’t mop the floors and door to the room was broken from getting busted into. You could literally see the outside from inside.

Bed bugs and roaches walked in saw roaches and asked for a refund and went somewhere else
The motel and the room were sketchy, but management was sketchier. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
The motel was smelly, but we were still hopeful. It turned out the room was dirty, smelly, had obviously broken furniture (a broken drawer literally hanging out of the dresser), and did not appear to have blankets. Everything looked pretty sad. We left after 5 minutes, but then it gets worse.
Management refused a refund, first referring us to the manager (who was out until the next day), then to the website. Finally, they outright lied, saying we spent 2 1/2 hours in the room. It's physically impossible since within the hour, we were already safely checked into a nearby Extended Stay America, a much nicer place for nearly the same price.

I slept with the lights on cause when I shut them off in the bathroom, the floor became alive.
The floors and walls were filthy. ACTUALLY DIRTY. Showered. Walked across and my feet were filthy again. The paint was peeling across the top.
The microwave looked like they pulled it from the landfill and put it into the room. It was nasty.... UNUSABLE!!!!
The range top drip pans were blacker than car tires.
The drawers inside the nightstand and dresser was nasty.
The outlets didnt have covers or had broken covers.
The light above the table never turned on.
It never stopped smelling like cigarette smoke. And I do NOT smoke.
THE FRIDGE... Was EXTREMELY CLEAN. Not sure how, but it was spotless.
I understand this might be a last chance property for some that need emergency housing, BUT THIS WAS DISGUISTING!!!!!!
The location was great the staff was friendly and my dog stayed for free.
The bed was hard and lumpy. No sleep. Room looked like it should have only had one bed in there two were cramped in there. Ac right next to headboard so when on it vibrated the bed.
