The bed is the reason it got the rating it did.
The keys stopped working the next morning and we had to wait for someone at the desk until they arrived to rekey them. The breakfast was disappointing. The facility itself was dirty and the hinge lock on the inside of the door was flimsy and not adequate. Can't blame them from the gentleman next door yelling all night and morning. when we first arrived the women's restroom by the front entrance did not have soap or paper towels.
That it was close to the race track
Water came out of the floor near a/c when you walked on it. Ice machine didnt work. Their breakfast was a joke. Door to room was hard to open and close not because of weight but it wasn't fitting in the door frame correctly. No additional lock on the inside of the door to keep anyone out while in the room. Only 1 bar of soap for the shower and hand washing. Bathroom sink is not in the bathroom. If you changed your mind in the bathroom you would need to step out of it. Super tiny.
