Pros:

The breakfast was very good and fresh. The facility was clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to Universal with the shuttle. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

There was only one set of extra bedding to use for the bunk beds. Easily remedied with a trip to the front desk, but since it is bunk beds it would have been nice to have had 2 sets in there.

Perfect in virtually every way for us.
Pros:

Clean, spacious and quiet - perfect. The reception staff were excellent. They went the extra mile to help out and were friendly, courteous and professional.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Ok and clean but there are better value options around

Pros:

the location is amazing if you plan to go to universal. the hotel is nice, rooms are a good size and breakfast was OK

Cons:

the bathrooms are tiny, but manageable for a short stay. overall I didn't find any issues considering the price point

Good landing point for Orlando theme parks
Pros:

My family and I stayed for four nights while visiting theme parks. The hotel and rooms were clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. We booked the specialty one bedroom kitchen suite and it suited my family of 5 well. We lucked out and our room was ready when we arrived early for our reservation. We had lots of fun in the pool area which always had plenty of towels available for use. We had a few cocktails and Shirley Temples from the bar which were very good. I do wish that housekeeping would have came during our stay, at least after our second night. One of the perks of staying in a hotel is to have beds made and towels refreshed. We requested extra towels but did not formally request housekeeping, which I believe was an option. We returned to the hotel our last night in Florida after a few days at the beach and they did not have the room available that we originally booked but they compensated with Hyatt Points (which we used for our reservations) and comped the parking fee for that night. The staff were friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was a bonus with plenty of options that were pretty decent. We walked to the outlet malls and a few nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a good landing point for our time in Orlando and would go back.
