Good but overpriced for everything on the property.
Pros:

The room size was very spacious, the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. Linens were clean. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

The hallway smelled a bit musty, the mattresses need to be refreshed , some dipping. The coffee was overpriced , i could get the same starbucks coffee from in the parks for $4.00 cheaper. The food area had a nice selection however $13 for a can of chips, outrageous. Twenty five dollars a day for parking was ridiculous, just include it with the stay. Shuttle only comes a handful times of day.

Pros:

O quarto bem espaçoso, cama confortável, roupa de cama de qualidade, tem frigobar. Cafe da manhã muito bom, com sucos, frutas, pães e ovos mexidos.

Cons:

A atendente ao fazer nosso checkin queria cobrar o cafe da manha a parte, sendo que ja estava incluído na nossa reserva. Mas explicamos que ja estava incluído, e ela aceitou.

Excelente atención y precio
Pros:

El Hotel está muy bien, súper cómodo, bien ubicado y un personal muy atento y agradable para tratar a los huéspedes
La habitación cuenta con microondas y frigobar y es muy amplia

J’ai aimé l’emplacement proche du Park Universal et la décoration et propreté des chambres malgré la salle de bain très petite.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé l’attention du personnel vers les clients, malgré une approche souriante et disponible, aucun effort pour se faire comprendre vers la clientèle étrangère, même après la demande decrepeter , réponse très rapide et phrases serrées.
Beaucoup d’attente pour la commande d’une salade et même après relance la commande a été oublié sur le comptoir 🫣

Fantastic location, comfortable stay for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The welcoming staff. Can’t say enough about every staff encounter we had. Not only were they friendly and helpful, but the young lady that helped us check in also offered to help me with the app for parking- because I kept typing the wrong password.

We also really enjoyed the proximity to CityWalk. We were able to walk across to Universal with no issues. There is a pedestrian walkway that goes over the busy thoroughfare. The rest of the pathway to Universal was a beautiful walk.

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything that we did not like. However, there are a couple of things that I could share. We sadly assumed there would be a hot tub. Totally our fault for not checking first. A hot tub would’ve been nice after the walk around the parks that day. Again, I’m not faulting the hotel. I’m just saying I took the time to read the reviews, but did not look at the amenities. So this message is for people like me.

I also thought I would mention that while the breakfast choices were plentiful, the supply was low for some items. It was just a timing issue. We came down behind a lot of people who must’ve been leaving early and Sunday morning. What we ate was great, we just had limited choices due to availability and unfortunately no time to stay for them to replenish supplies. I only mention this because as I stated, I like to read the reviews and somebody may want to allow more time for breakfast than we allotted. The hotel had no control over how many people came at once.

The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. It was across the street from Universal, which is where we were going. All is good. I would stay again.
