Nice to be close to the theme parks
Pros:

Closer to the theme park

Cons:

The property was nice staff was nice but house keeping didn’t clean my room completely but one of the house keepers was nice enough to make sure the room was clean I love everybody from the front desk was very nice over all I give them a 9/10 will book & stay again

Pros:

The rooms, lobby, dining areas was excellent it had different food options for breakfast and the room was so comfortable and it was an amazing place to stay. The shuttle bus to and from the park was also very helpful for us!

Cons:

I wish the pool were bigger but other than that it was an excellent experience stay at Hyatt Place!

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great rooms, amenities, location for going to Universal studios and value for money.

Cons:

Certain staff could need a course in customer service.. one had a real bad attitude.. deducting 2* just for her.

Pleasant, quiet stay that met my expectations.
Pros:

Convenient close to attractions, shopping and restaurants

Cons:

Extremely small bathroom, no place within to turn move without bumping into wall. Unusually small space.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Nice exercise room. $8 for breakfast is ok if you like ultra processed food.

Cons:

The paid parking for guests is just another cash grab. It should be eliminated. I would’ve rated a 10.
