Would stay here again
Pros:

We had two rooms, staff helped making sure we were next to each other. Rooms were nice and big. Loved that they had a shuttle to universal awesome perk.

Staff is wonderful Dawneth went above and beyond to help us at check in and beyond, remembered our anniversary and introduced us to other employees and told them about our anniversary! She is a true gem!! Thank you Dawneth for making us feel special

Perfect for a weekend getaway to Universal.
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel on several different occasions and it is a great hotel for the money. It is about a 15 minute walk to Universal City Walk. You get a nice hotel minutes from Universal without paying resort prices.

Cons:

The parking is an expensive add on but it is in line with all the other hotels in the area.

The property itself feels quite outdated. The rooms are clean and seem partially renovated, but the bathrooms still feel
Pros:

The hotel is close to Universal and offers a complimentary daily shuttle service. However, the return shuttle doesn’t start until 5:30 PM, so if you want to head back earlier, you’ll need to take an Uber.

Cons:

The hotel feels outdated. While the rooms are clean and appear to have been renovated, the bathrooms still feel old and unpleasant. Overall, it’s okay for a one-night stay if the price is right.
