Good value for what you pay.
Pros:

Good price good location. The rooms are very spacious .
They offered breakfast for a small fee, however, did not take advantage of the breakfast.. and also they have a Starbucks in the lobby.

Cons:

They need to upgrade the pillows.. They need to invest in some hooks, especially in the bathroom and throughout the room hooks are not expensive and they are so efficient you can hook your pajamas, towels..

Pros:

Nice place. I paid breakfast a bit silly, but it was good. I just feel it should be included in the price. Housekeeping was fabulous. Easy to get extra blankets ect.

Cons:

Upset bathroom lobby closed all 4 days I was there. In the morning, I go down for my coffee. I had to keep running upstairs and kept waking family up. Staff nice, helpful when asked something, but no one (VERY few) smiled or said hello.

Pros:

Good size family room, walkable distance to Universal and shuttle bus also provided.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small, wash basin was in the main bedroom so only toilet & bath/shower in the bathroom & hardly any floor space to move. Air conditioning was quite noisy.

Very quiet neighborhood. Clean room and super location.
Pros:

Hotel is located is a very quiet residential area which was amazing! A TGI Friday's is just around the corner, a mall just a few minutes' drive away and the location of the hotel itself is superb! I came to Orlando for Universal and Disney. Universal was across the street almost! Though of course we needed to take the bus to get inside, and the hotel provides very convenient shuttle bus services to and from Universal with multiple departure and return timings. For Disney, I had to make my own way there, which I knew and didn't mind. The staff at check-in were super friendly. The hotel is fit for purpose, so I wasn't expecting much to be honest. There are a small swimming pool and a 24/7 mini market in the lobby. The room was spotless and very spacious with a seating area too. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The AC noise was quite loud but nothing that would stop a good night sleep after a long day at Universal or Disney! For the shuttle services, it would perhaps help if the departure timings could be spread out further across the day instead of just the morning, and if Disney could also be included even though it is located further away from the hotel, but that would be a great addition!

Excellent customer service
Pros:

I have enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place immensely. Upon my arrival Dawneth great me with the warmest welcome and she continued to do that everyday of my stay. Any issues or assistance that was needed she took care of it expeditiously. She made the stay that much more enjoyable.

Bom custo-beneficio. Gostei do hotel pela localização e espaço do quarto.
Pros:

Quarto amplo, esxwlnte localização do hotel ao lado dos parques Universal Studios e Advenure. Transfer oferecido pelo hotel super funciona e foi uma boa surpresa.

Cons:

Banheiro muito apertado, com cortina de plástico e banheira no box. Café da manhã razoável mas precisam repor com mais frequência

Fabulous location for universal parks
Pros:

Fantastic location. You can walk to universal but there’s a free shuttle bus.
Small gym and ample breakfast facilities
All staff very friendly
We had a big family room with bunk beds and was great for two adults and two teenagers
Outlet mall very close
