It was in a very nice area and close to other things and sights.

It was a only a place to sleep…
Cons:

The hotel is undergoing renovations and the lobby, elevator and corridors had construction dirt and small debris.
Also when we arrived we were told that the room was now not available due to a pipe rupturing.
Eventually they were able to locate us a room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor was under renovation but this one room they had not yet started the renovation….

I did not stay. Was not safe to stay.
Pros:

I did not stay at the hotel. At arrival saw construction going on. Messy, dirty and then was told a pipe burst. Left and found a different hotel. Front desk staff was professional though.

Disgusting, nothing more to say, a refund was requested
Pros:

Nothing was good, I asked for a refund and never stayed the night due to very poor conditions. First room we were suppose to stay in was wide open with bedding all over, floors full of debrie. Went downstairs to ask what was up and was given another room and the bathroom was deplorable, soap scum in the tub area, the toilet was not clean for months. Went back to reception and asked for a refund. We have a video of the room with such deplorable conditions.

There was nothing good to say about our experience, we never stayed, we asked for a refund

I would say my stay was ok, The room and amenities were rather disappointing .
Pros:

The location was great. Right near a lot of food and amenities, as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant in it. The neighborhood was easy to get around by walking. There is certainly plenty to do around.

Cons:

The room was not up to par. There was water leaks at some point around the window from the stain marks. The bedding linen had hair in it, the sheets had hair in them as well and some red spots. The rug needs to be replaced, it is heavily worn out. The paint on the walls is coming off and there was a smell that was a little unpleasant. The appliances in the unit could be updated as well. The hallway had a smell and trash in it. The breakfast was lukewarm warm coffee and fruit bars. For the price it seems like a great idea but be careful what your purchasing.

Street sigh was missing, drove around the block a few times in order to find the motel.
The room could have been cleaner.
Batteries for TV remote kept falling out.

Very disappointing :(
Pros:

Room need to update in general,draws not open, sofa damage, poor clean etc. There was no breakfast, dogs bark at night. The only good thing was the location, but the place needed to take care. For the price you charge, I expect something better.

Cons:

I didn't like the room at all. Very poor cleaning, and the furniture is damaged, or defect. I was at room 251, you can check, and see.

We didn't end-up staying. We left after 5 minutes and found another hotel nearby.
Pros:

The location was convenient to my needs, but the facility itself was abhorent.

Cons:

The cleanliness was sub-par: the floors were sticky, the sheets were wrinkled and appeared dirty, there were stains on the walls and lamp-shades.
