I arrived here and was greeted warmly! However, the front desk associate forgot to inform me about the complimentary coffee breakfast. Also I was assigned a room without a microwave. On top of that the bathtub in my room had rust stains and a spider crawling in it. Some of the lights in my room were not working. Additionally ironing amenities were missing in my room. Furthermore the front desk is not staffed 24 hours. Finally this hotel does not offer a swimming pool and gym.
Looking past these negative experiences, this hotel does provide conference room facilities, guest laundry and vending machines. Also the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, dining table with stools, sofa seat, air conditioning unit, flat screen TV with cable, hand washing sinks, vanity mirror, clothing rack and complimentary bar soap in the bathroom

The location
The room i book was 2 queen bed. We got a king bed with a pull out couch. There were no.sherts pillows or blankets for the couch bed. We went to front desk asked to switch room he told us no thats what they had didn't matter what we booked. The couch was a joke so uncomfortable. The morning staff was better.
The front desk staff were great. That was about it.
The lock didn’t work, the remote didn’t work, and the phone didn’t work.
Proximity to the park
Staff was not helpfull when we aske to be accommodated for a late reserve there was no answer and the reserve was lost due to an audit and we were forced to find a new hotel, this is the same thing that happened last time i tried to stay with them. Needless to say i will never book at this location ever again!!
Staff are friendly
The bathroom sink faucet is splattering water and needs replacement. Bottled water should be provided to guests, and the room needs a smart TV (TV channels are out of date except for news channels).
