This extended stay is in such a quiet , calm location . It’s clean , peaceful , quiet and the customer service is perfect . Jen and Mona are always helpful and so sweet . I can always go to them for all my needs .
La habitación tenía resto de basura (envases vacíos y basura), pelos y polvo. Muy mal olor tanto en la habitación como en los pasillos ... no me alejare aqui nunca mas. El precio no es malo pero hay mejores opciones por apenas un poco mas de dinero. El congelador o nevera toda golpeada, cocina oxidada, etc horrible

Breakfast was a fig bar. Room noisy. Refrigerator was loud. Animals in building. Cats meowing all night. Hallways smelled. People smoking weed.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel like the plague. I booked a room while I was in town with my partner for a work conference. We booked a room and arrived at about 11:30 pm. When we arrived, the lobby was locked, and no employee was on shift. We waited for about an hour. Mean while, two other couples were waiting to get checked in as well. As we were waiting, there were definitely a handful of shady looking characters hanging out in the lobby and going in and out. I tried calling multiple times, but neither the corporate customer or booking.com could reach them as well. After waiting over an hour, I tried to get a room in one of the neighboring hotels and all of which were booked. When I looked further into the Google reviews at this location, there are roaches, mold, and the facility is filthy. It sounds like they may have renovated some of the rooms on floor 3, but otherwise this place is a straight up dump. I still have not been refunded for the room, even though I was not able to check in or stay on the room.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The bathroom was not truly handicapped friendly. I mad an assumption that wheelchair assessable means that the bathroom had a step in shower. I had a huge bathroom with a tub/shower with bars. I could not use the shower because I can’t lift my legs over the bathtub. The entrance to the facility did not have automatic doors. Very hard to open the doors and to keep them open. I probe won’t book there in the futureuntil they bring it up to ADA code.
Bed was horrible was more like a cot then a bed lol was horrible plus the wifi was the worse!! And I paid for the super wifi! Smh but the pipe were horrible apparently because there was a crazy leak from upstairs and I had to move to the second floor

Wifi!!!!!!! There’s zero freaking wifi here having to be on vacation and watch commercials is like getting granted a wish from a geni lol it’s kinda cool but also kinda not… like winning a million dollars but living in Antarctica or Timbuktu or something lol
