NOTHING AND IT SHOULD BE CONDEMNED FOR INFESTATION AND MOLD
Infested with roaches room 234 and infested with bed bugs room 264. No staff is ever at the front desk, you have to call numerous times before they will come to the front desk.

Location is great (but there is plenty other better hotel and motels around)
WiFi worked well
Carpet in the room was dirty, sticky and disgusting. Probably 30 years old or more.
I had on several days bugs in the shower.
Shower head was dirty and had low pressure of water
I prepaid the the hotel over booking.com portal. When I checked in the prepayment was not in there system and they wanted to charge me again.
In the 4 nights I stayed there not once anybody cleaned the room.
Location was good
After a long flight I arrived at 3 am and they didn’t open the door for an hour and then asked me to come in the morning; after an hour of arguing that I have paid for tonight and why I should wait then they give me a key that would work once and every time I would go out my key would stop working and I had to take new key every time: extremely rude receptionist, they don’t event talk. They just stare at you and say no for what you have already paid: worst worst worst nightmare

Infested with roaches room 234 and infested with bed bugs room 264. Had to beg for help getting touch with someone because they do not answer the phone and are not at the front desk. Won’t even answer for guest relations.

Checkin was smooth. But that’s where the positives stop. Room stunk of cigarette smoke (booked a non smoking room) room missing linen. Spoke to reception regarding odour. To the young ladies credit she offered another room. I rejected offer as expected the smell to go once door opened and spray used. Then I checked out the bathroom - there was mould all around bath and tiles. I could clean it off :( the kitchenette was dirty. The floor made the bottom of our feet black. Then the bed - the 3 pillows were rubbish folded in half and made into half pillows. Covered in stains and smelled. Woke in morning and all my clothes stunk of cigarettes. I then chased cockroaches around bathroom. Dogs in neighbouring rooms barked half the night. I would recommend find a better place to stay. Certainly not worth the money paid to stay there.
The hotel provides good value for money. Los colinos is in Irving, close to Dfw airport. They offer shuttle from the airport which is nice, but runs till 3pm during weekdays.
Staff were nice.
There are some restaurants within walking distanse so that helps if you dont have a car.
Room had all the amenities listed including a microwave oven, fridge, tv etc.
No breakfast except tea, coffee, the stuff apologized.
There were a few dirty cabinets with small cockroaches.
I had busy days so found them after coming back to the room. The room looked clean with clean towels, toiletries but that kind of did upset me.
Had to kill 2 bugs, shower wouldn't adjust to spout, no dishes or utensils for a supposed extended stay property, had an eviction notice posted to the door down the hall.
I stayed in rm 220 on the 2nd floor, and it had small roaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas! I had to shake my clothes and personal items to insure I did not take anything with me! This room needs to be DEFOGGED and not used until the infestation is taken care of!
I was very dissatisfied with my stay!
