Cons:

The rooms were horrible! Everything was nasty! The carpet was heavily stained and gross! We had to change rooms and it wasn't as bad but it was still awful! The rooms smelled like marijuana.. and come to find out there was a man 2 doors down that was smoking pot and had traffic in and out, every time his door opened it was strong smelling! Never again will we stay there!

While looking for a short term place of residency in Nashville due to a lapse in my current housing lease I stumbled upon the extended stay. As I walked in I was greeted with a huge bright smile by Mya. Mya couldn't have been any better of a communicator and friendly staff member. Through conversation I learned MYA was the GM and had recently moved to the Nashville location. She was excellent at helping myself while multitasking to help others with any and all problems. The location was clean and safe. She was such a professional and down to earth person.whatever she makes it isn't enough.5 stars.she was a Rockstar

The hotel staff at the front desk was more than professional! They gave laughed and an absolute good time! The even pointed the way to where your hotel room is on the property which is a stark contrast the most hotels I’ve been at within traveling!

Jason is one of The Best front desk associates I e had the place of staying under at ESA. Honestly, he’s the reason I’m a repeat stay. He’s always respectful, very kind, and very attentive of my needs and request. As a professional traveler, I appreciate the service he provides consistently.

Hard to find, staff was rude, carpet was stained as well as the sheets and tub. The fridge and TV didn't work and the burners on the stove were rusted out. Will never go there again.

We didn't get to stay there due to banning from alleged smoking and animal. Which none of us have either or do either. Now im out this money and haven't gotten a refund or credit.
