Staff rude. Cut off internet one hour before checkout. I called to say checkout is not for an hour, staff said we already cut it off and it can’t be turned back on. It was my wife’s first night out of the hostel after surgery and we were researching travel options, which without internet was much harder. Second, the bathroom door blocked path to kitchen.
