Pros:

No body at the front desk by the time I arrived at the hotel ( around midnight ) .

Neighbor strange Dark and unsafe !

A lot of people using drugs in the parking of the hotel .

After calling the call center twice , and nobody came to do my checkin …. I asked by booking to do my reserve cancellation and waiting for my money back

Comfortable room and good location.
Pros:

Quiet location but close to food, gas and shopping. Accessible by #311 city bus from the Airport.

Cons:

Not a lot of Uber availability.

Midnight crawlers and dragging door.
Pros:

The bed and air condition worked very well.

Cons:

I saw a few roaches crawling about looking for the midnight showdown. The press wood bathroom door somewhat dragged,when closing and opening the door.

Pros:

1. You should have security cameras throughout the hotel. And in every hallway; for the safety of the guest. And for your liability reasons.

2. Too many gaps in the doors! You shouldn't smell your neighbor's cigarettes.

3. Bathroom doors should be solid, instead of the press wood.

4. If possible your company should invest in remote check-in. And wifi door lock and unlock from your cell phone

5.The beds are very comfortable indeed. The rooms are clean for the most part, but the hallways need a little more TLC. Air freshener would be too bad.

Read the first box. I can visit your hotel's locations and send you a score for each property. Which can increase business and (RPC) Repeat customers.
