Extended Stay America Select Suites - Orlando - Southpark - Equity Row offers everything you need when you need to be away from home for a few nights, a couple of weeks, or even several months. Spacious, fully-furnished suites with full kitchens are close to The Florida Mall, Target, Publix, Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and Downtown Orlando.

Important information:

Housekeeping service is offered every 14 days. For stays of 14 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The bed was clean and comfortable but the carpet was worrysome.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and no evidence of bed bugs. The mattress covers help with controlling that. There were plenty of lights and it was very quiet. Also no evidence of roaches or vermin.

Cons:

The carpet had 3 large dark stains. That alone made me not walk on it without my shoes on. Just getting from the bed to the bathroom meant walking across the disgusting carpet. There are 2 large dark, almost like tar spots on the carpet and base board over by the window right side as you face the window. Everything appeared to be in need of replacement or repair. The tub spout was loose from the wall, the bathroom sing cracked and stained, the walls had chips and dirt. The bathroom exhaust grill is completely rusted. There is no garbage can in the room at all, no alarm clock no coffee maker. There was a faint smell of stale cigarettes coming from the PTAC unit (air conditioner). The kitchen backsplash wall needs to be replaced, it at some point must have had holes in it and was covered with a thin material that looks like paper, and painted over.

I’m grateful I could find somewhere comfy for my family at an affordable prices
Pros:

The location is very convenient lots of stores around and ease of access to major highways regardless of what direction your heading

Cons:

The deluxe suite with the king bed and pull out couch bed is very spacious and has a L shape layout makes it feel like an apartment and not just a room

Absolutely disgusting , I did not like anything ! It was horrible, I left the the next day, I did not stay my remaining days and they did not give me a refund ! Terrible stay away . The rooms were extremely dirty, molds on the ceiling, peeling dirty bath tub, trash under the bed, dirt in lamp post, the whole astomohere felt dusty, had to go to the Walmart 4 minutes away to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room after a long 8hr drive , not safe for your children, the people in the area looked shady, not safe, not clean, stay far far away.
