You get what you paid for, just about exactly what you would expect. maybe better
Pros:

Everything you need to know is sent in an email before you come. There’s also songs in the room that tell you if you need anything request it. I work in hospitality and I know how crazy and strange the job can get. Staff can only control so much, but with what they could control they did great! I came at a time where their machine to make room keys was down. After dropping my girlfriend off back home I got back at 2am and the nice lady who let me back into my room probably had 15 things all to do the same time and she managed to let me in my room within 10 minutes. If you are expecting something grand and amazing, book at a resort that’s known for being grand and amazing. If you’re staying anywhere for an extended period of time, obviously there’s going to be issues. I would say this place is honestly perfect if you need a place to stay for a bit to figure things out, or are in SLC for work. Perfect location, and you get exactly what you expect and paid for. Will be staying here everytime I come to SLC.

Cons:

Something about the shower head in my specific room was making the water pressure not as good as it could’ve been and the tub faucet was dripping. But it wasn’t anything to make maintenance come and fix worthy. This place has a kitchenette and great Heat, Ac, and was clean enough.

Great- other than the hot water. Same parking to a ChickFilA so getting in was tricky with the drive thru line but other
Pros:

Clean and worth the price for location 😁

Cons:

I couldn’t get hot water and there was a leak that kept the tub faucet dripping.

Decent place to stay, nothing fancy
Pros:

The room was clean and well located

Cons:

Some of the clientele were quite disruptive in the evenings. One night I attempted to call the front desk regarding this and no one answered.

Poor upkeep and mgmt
Pros:

Stores and shopping fwy all nearby

Cons:

The hotel had roaches our clothes were stolen from the washing machine and no matter how many times we complained nothing but false promises were made we even called corporate and still no resolve the wall are very thin and because of that privacy was a factor we stayed a little more than a month and only had maid service 1 time... I can keep going but 6 said enough

One night
Pros:

The first room they tried to put us in smelled like wet dog - fortunately they were able to put us in another room that didn’t smell. Comfortable beds, really good location near shopping and restaurants, as well as the airport. They don’t have an ice machine or any other amenities. The kitchenette is not equipped with anything (plates, utensils, etc) - although we were told those items could be loaned out from the main lobby. It’s an okay place for one night, and fit our need. Just okay overall. Wouldn’t necessarily stay here again, but would if this was the only hotel available I guess.

We will not return.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The room was exceedingly noisy at all times of the day and night. The bed linen was stained and dingy. The door did not fit the opening so there was a space around three sides for air, sound and light to come through. to get to the hotel you have to drive through a Chick fil A parking lot and the line of cars waiting for take out. Breakfast was coffee and a granola bar.

Nice area for shopping. Check with staff for room supplies before checking in.
Pros:

Kind staff, nice little kitchenette, comfortable bed, pet friendly, nice walking path along creek behind hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t know I had to ask the front desk for certain amenities like cups, blow dryer, kitchen supplies including coffee. The room is sparse, so check out wha you need. I woke up finding out these things and had to go out in the snow down to the office to get all of my supplies while holding two dogs on the leash.

Horrible
Pros:

The location was fine.

Cons:

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. There was screaming and partying (not in a fun way) next door all night. It felt dangerous. At 4 am it finally stopped so we made a run for it. The manager was not helpful at all.

Travel with pet
Pros:

The housekeeping staff is very friendly and attentive. I very much appreciate being able to have my dog with me.

Cons:

The facility is showing signs of wear. The parking lot situation is difficult. The restaurant customers in the shared parking lot make things much more challenging than it should be.
