We will not return.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The room was exceedingly noisy at all times of the day and night. The bed linen was stained and dingy. The door did not fit the opening so there was a space around three sides for air, sound and light to come through. to get to the hotel you have to drive through a Chick fil A parking lot and the line of cars waiting for take out. Breakfast was coffee and a granola bar.

Nice area for shopping. Check with staff for room supplies before checking in.
Pros:

Kind staff, nice little kitchenette, comfortable bed, pet friendly, nice walking path along creek behind hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t know I had to ask the front desk for certain amenities like cups, blow dryer, kitchen supplies including coffee. The room is sparse, so check out wha you need. I woke up finding out these things and had to go out in the snow down to the office to get all of my supplies while holding two dogs on the leash.

Horrible
Pros:

The location was fine.

Cons:

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. There was screaming and partying (not in a fun way) next door all night. It felt dangerous. At 4 am it finally stopped so we made a run for it. The manager was not helpful at all.

Travel with pet
Pros:

The housekeeping staff is very friendly and attentive. I very much appreciate being able to have my dog with me.

Cons:

The facility is showing signs of wear. The parking lot situation is difficult. The restaurant customers in the shared parking lot make things much more challenging than it should be.

I couldn’t stay they turned me down
Pros:

They wouldn’t let me stay and only told me I could do a cash deposit if I paid for a whole week in cash but saw the guy in front of me pay in cash

It’s not fancy and won’t impress people but I’ll go back.
Pros:

Clean, convenient, quiet. And economical.

Cons:

There was a problem with the shower. There was a leaky faucet and not hot water but judging by the general good care of the facility I assume it’s just a temporary glitch. I stayed in the hotel twice before and never had any problem with hot water before

EXCELLENT
Pros:

Since it was remodeled the place is beautiful well kept. The staff and the manager Hailey are Amazing very professional. She knows how to handle any situation being professional and in control. I have stayed here before the place got remodeled now that they remodeled it. It's even better but what makes it better is the staff and most of all is the manager HAILEY excellent person and professional. I recommend this place to anyone. I will continue to stay here , because I have Cancer and having treatment at Huntman Cancer Center this is the place for me.

Cons:

The only thing is when people come with an attitude to the staff and they need to be more respectful to the staff. They are here to help them.

A money saver at the cost of comfort
Pros:

Good location for Sundance Film Festival. That's about all the positive sides. It's fine if you only sleep and then leave for the entire day

Cons:

The AC is awfully loud. If you keep if on at night - forget about sleep. It's wake you up every cycle. So I had to keep if off at nights, and the room turned very cold. Also didn't like the bed and pillows.

Pros:

It's in a great area for food and walking. Amazing area to walk your dog if traveling with pets. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The parking lot is a nightmare because the Chick-fil-A line blocks access. The beds were very mediocre.
