The staff were nice.

It was gross and bizarre. There were unidentified pills on the floor. The bathtub was clogged and covered in hair and dirt from not being cleaned properly. The bathroom counter was stained making it look dirty. The kitchen was completely bare which felt confusing and unwelcoming. Having to go ask for a coffee maker and carry it to my room in a garbage bag was bizarre and trashy. Then I had to go back to ask for a coffee cup. Then I thought about going back a third time to ask for cutlery to have a spoon to stir my coffee but was tired of asking for things. The coffee provided was gross. I did go back the next morning to ask for a hair dryer when I realized I did not have one in my room. The AC/Heater was pumping funky smelling air the whole time. The "breakfast" provided was an absolute joke. There was a basket of Nutrigrain cereal bars and coffee. That is not breakfast and I think claiming you offer a "grab and go breakfast" is false advertising. I am so confused why you would have stripped every basic expectation out of the suite like a blow dryer and coffee maker. If I actually wanted to use the kitchen I would have had to make multiple trips to carry all of the appliances, utensils, and cutlery back to my room. I think that is ridiculous. If I pay for a room with a kitchen suite, I expect to walk in and have use of that kitchen suite. I would expect to pay $50-60 for this room and overall experience. I feel ripped off for what I paid. I really wanted to cancel and change hotels as soon as I arrived, but I did not because of your policy to be charged a full nights stay regardless of reason for cancellation.

Great location! Walk to shops, restaurants, yoga, whole foods, and parks!

Cons:

I wish there was a privacy curtain on the window to allow light in but people can’t see into the room. Only providing a blackout curtain, kept me from letting light in which feels isolating.

Pros:

Terrible I showed up and the hotel said the didn’t have a key to let me in no room available at twelve at night and the attendant wasn’t rude but basically told me to pound sand no room for you. Orel manage called me the next day apologizing booking . Com was a total pain to deal with. I will never use your services again and will spread the word
