I liked how the property was close to restaurants / stores
The property was dirty, especially the room. There were cockroaches in the room. The staff was rude when I mentioned the bug issue. The manager was kind and wanted to make it right.
I liked the fact that it had a stove for me to cook. The room and bathroom were spacious and plenty of room.
The hall way smelled like weed and I could smell weed/ cigarette smoke residue on my pillow.

We appreciated that they didn't charge us as we chose to not stay at this hotel after we saw the room and looked over the property.
The pool had chipped paint, couch was stained and dirty looking, the light fixtures were not working properly.
There was a comfort inn next door that was much better and they had a room available. There were lots of broken down looking cars parked in the parking lot and the people staying there looked rough.

The lobby was clean.
The room was dirty. The sofa bed had embedded stains, the mattress pad had hair and the mattress cover had blood stains. Also the countertop stove was dirty.

staff was very nice. marketplace is a lovely option and addition. great that there’s a pool option and fitness center.
the overall cleanliness. it just wasn’t up to my own personal standards. the smoke odor of our room was overpowering. and what appeared to be handprints on the headboard were a bit unsettling. the linen seemed just fine and clean and comfortable, but the couch, however, was in no condition to be sat on. very old and visibly dirty.
The property was located directly off the highway and many retail and grocery stores around.
The pictures online didn’t match the actual dilapidated exterior and interior of the hotel. It needs a good cleaning (dust) and old appliances. The pool looked dirty and outdated. The room furniture was heavy and sofa was falling in. The bathroom was fairly small and dirty. The room air conditioning took a while to kick on and it was over 94 degrees outside that day. We left and came back it was much cooler to be in and sleep. The bedding was clean enough to lay on. The kitchen items was rusted and stained so we did not use them and ate out. The point of having the kitchen was to be able to use it since I have an infant and teenager. The free breakfast was mostly gone by time we got down at 9am. The juice machine was broken. Options of cereal, egg, potatoes. Bagel, toast or a waffle. There are breakfast options close to the hotel so we chose IHOP. I ended up changing my stay from 2 nights to just 1 night since it was past the cancellation deadline.

They canceled my reservation because they tried charging my card before we got to the location even though I selected pay on site when booking through booking.com. When I called back to get it straightened out they were incredibly rude and would not give me the same room at the quoted price. The cost went from $330 after taxes and deposit to $470.
On top of that whole issue, the room had partial lighting since several outlets did not work and the AC barely worked so it was incredibly hot as well

The room was spacious and the halls were quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I love the fact its a big fridge and a kitchen
The pool water had too much chlorine and the juice maker was warm but other than that I had no issues.
I was lied to over the phone about the deposit, didn't stay the night and y'all kept my money
