Pros:

I love the fact its a big fridge and a kitchen

Cons:

The pool water had too much chlorine and the juice maker was warm but other than that I had no issues.

Pros:

Having a full size fridge, the bed was really comfortable but the pillows weren't.

Cons:

The coffee maker was broken and the bathroom was small the door practically hit the toilet.

The location is Great!!
Pros:

It was very close to shopping centers and had a lot of options for eating which we liked. Entertainment wasn't very far away also, so staying there put us in the middle of everything which was a bonus!!

Cons:

I didn't like how it took her a few minutes to notice I was even standing there waiting to be checked in. Whatever was happening in the room behind the front desk was obviously a lot of fun. Once checked in, I had thought the property was Non-smoking, as soon as we turned the corner for the elevator it smelled like weed! Then when the doors to the elevator opened it Really smelled like weed!. So we get to our room and the smoke detector is missing, the cover for the drain in the bathroom sink is missing. I just placed a washcloth over it, i have kids with me, I don't want to lose nothing down the drain. I asked for extra towels, my daughter brought me hers it has black hair in it. So I'm glad my stay wasn't long because I would have found us lodging somewhere else if it was.

Pros:

The night manager, Jan, was fantastic. Welcoming and very helpful.

Cons:

The room was warm. Yes it is winter, but it was hard to cook it down for sleeping. Also, the sheets weren't cotton, and we didn't like the comforter fabric.

Pros:

Well I was so disappointed the staff was very Rude horrible staff call at 10:59 and said are you checking out if not you to to pay now or leave now
I said im making a new reservation and she replies you need to hurry up and get it done just very Rude so I packed up and I will never rent from that place again I

It was ok. I would not recommend.
Cons:

I didn't like that housekeeping knocks on everyone door in the mornings to see if we werechecking out. I assumed he had a checkout list. Also, the furniture was stained and paint in the poor was peeling. The gentlemen sitting outside near 10pm whenn we arrived to check in, smoking marijuana and drinking was not a welcoming site either. 😒
