Pros:

The early shuttle pick up to the airport was perfect! The rooms were comfortable and clean. It's a little older motel, but very well maintained. Loved it!

I want to stay at these hotels from now on whenever I need a hotel . Everything was great.

Very disappointing.
If I had known. I wouldn’t face booked with them. The hot tub has been closed for three years and it is still in their promotional material. At the time I write this the pool had been closed for two weeks. I bet it’s been longer.

a nice resting place ahead of our transatlantic flight
Pros:

breakfast was excellent, room was appointed well and comfortab;e, the shuttle driver to the airport was very helpful with my wife being in a wheelchair and a lot of oversized luggage.

Happy with our stay.

It showed a hot tub in the pictures and said heated pool. There was no heated pool.

Fine for a night, but not sure I'd come back

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice.

Cons:

They'd had a power outage and their system went down. This led to them giving away our earlier in the day. They got us another, but with smaller beds. I can understand it's disruptive, but as a business, you need to have contingencies in place for this sort of thing. Blaming the system doesn't help your customers. Staff were stressed, and weren't exactly pleasant.

Also, we called from the airport about their airport shuttle but no one picked up the phone so we had to take a taxi. I forgot to get a receipt - even though they saw us getting out of the taxi - so we didn't get anything back for it. I can understand the accounting, but would be nice if a company would just believe you (and their own eyes) for once.
