We would like to inform guests that intermittent jackhammering will take place on our property the renovations won't stop on May 23. It will happen until May 31st. Also, it started on March 13th. This work will occur between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM each day.

Very clean, modern room. Staff excellent. Nice location. Very enjoyable stay.

Rooms were modern and very clean. Reception staff were excellent. Helped us out with good advice on things to do, how to get there etc., and arranged discounts where possible. Breakfast was good.

lage in Banff sehr gut aber als Hotelerlebnis eher im "unteren " Bereich anzusiedeln dafür aber Luxu

die Lage in Banff- alles zu Fuss zu erreichen

Cons:

die Zimmer und die Betten sind definitiv nicht mit den Bildern bei der Buchung zu vergleichen und zu diesem Preis total überteuert
