We would like to inform guests that intermittent jackhammering will take place on our property the renovations won't stop on May 23. It will happen until May 31st. Also, it started on March 13th. This work will occur between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM each day.

Good hotel for the dollars paid.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but the dining room is pretty small and was packed at 8:30 am. The hotel room was clean and comfortable with no complaints.

enjoyed it. but I left items in the cupboard and hope to be able to get them back
Pros:

to have oat mill and able to add some additional toppings. Beside the juices also water available.
have a covered garage and the pool-hot tub

Cons:

the breakfast room was easily crowded. A bit too tight. I wish I would have had some banana and no pork option for the sausage or meat

Good but needs improvement

Cons:

The hotel needed an update and the beddings smells of other people body ordor. Pillows needs case covers and beddings should be washed with vinegar to take off the smells.. The chairs in the rooms smells murckey

Banff overnight
Pros:

The room was amazing, quiet, very comfortable for a good price. I booked 15min before we came to the hotel, because we decided to stay overnight in Banff.

Cons:

The breakfast room was very small for all of the guests, we also missed bacon for the eggs. We had a long hair in our scrambled eggs, this was disgusting. The lady should use a hairnet if she prepares all the food. The door to the kitchen was open and it was very loud, if you sit in the breakfast room. The door should keep closed, so you dont see the dish washer, oven etc.
The lady was also not very friendly, she looked very annoyed. If you have guests in your hotel, there should be outstanding service, no matter how you feel. The people come to enjoy there time off and they are paying for this.

Good, clean hotel
Pros:

I had a good stay here. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, close to downtown, free underground parking. Decent breakfast, pool and hot tube clean and not too crowded.

A couple of minor inconvenience that could be easily fixed:
- fancy cappuccino machine takes too long, resulting in long wait for coffee. The machine is fine. But a simple coffee pot like all other hotels will be much more practical
- breakfast room too small.

Hope to return in future. And hoping those issues will be gone.
