We would like to inform guests that intermittent jackhammering will take place on our property the renovations won't stop on May 23. It will happen until May 31st. Also, it started on March 13th. This work will occur between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM each day.

First time staying in Banff and it was beautiful
Pros:

Very nice breakfast. The room was clean and very quiet. Walking distance to the restaurant for our dinner Parking was a little tight for our truck but worked out.

Great stay at good price.
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly at arrival with an early check in and access to free underground, secure parking area. Bays were roomy with sufficient headroom for our SUV. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Satisfactory, tasty breakfast with friendly staff

Cons:

Rooms was great but not overly luxurious.
Breakfast could have had more hot selections.

Excellent hotel and great value for money

Location was fantastic. Very large pool and hot tub with bonus steam room and sauna!!

I didn’t get the room I booked the first night. They told me it was booking .coms fault. So we stayed in a different room the first night then got the room we booked the next two nights

Highly recommend and would stay again!
Pros:

Location was great, just a few minutes walk to the centre of Banff. Great for public transport too as bus stop was a couple of minutes walk away. Rooms were comfortable, had hairdryer, microwave and iron. A kettle for tea would have been a great addition. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always busy but there was always plenty of food available from the buffet, staff worked incredibly hard to keep things running smoothly

Cons:

Room 302 was near the staircase and a bit noisy with passing guests but for the price we paid we didn’t really mind.
