We would like to inform guests that intermittent jackhammering will take place on our property the renovations won't stop on May 23. It will happen until May 31st. Also, it started on March 13th. This work will occur between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM each day.

Lovely hotel - highly recommend :)

Location, pool, hot tub, breakfast and staff were great.
Pros:

Great location with easy walking distance to town. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the pool and hot tub were lovely. Breakfast was nice but could get crowded if you were not early.

Pros:

Très bien situé, juste au coin de Banff Avenue. La chambre est moderne et très bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner inclus était délicieux. La chambre et l’hôtel étaient très propres. Stationnement sous terrain (intérieur) compris dans le prix = un très gros plus.

Prestations pas à la hauteur du tarif proposé
Pros:

Taille et équipements de la chambre, parking gratuit sur place, piscine.

Cons:

Accueil lors du check in limite impoli, l'hôtesse était plongée dans son ordinateur et nous a adressé la parole au bout de cinq minutes. La salle du petit déjeuner est vraiment trop petite avec embouteillage et bousculade des clients et impossibilité de manger en famille. Notre chambre n'avait pas de fenêtret sur l'extérieur et disposait uniquement de fenêtres fixes donnant sur l'espace piscine, avec les bruits des gens qui jouent dans la piscine dès le matin et bruits de la maintenance le soir.

Llamé a recepción porque cortaron la autovía y la ruta alternativa eran 9 -10 horas de conducción, les conté el problema y me dijeron que si no iba era mi problema, ellos estaban 24 horas abiertos.
