Amazing Barranco apartment
Pros:

Great apartment….Excellent value for money……..location was perfect…..new appliances. The apartment was everything you could wish for
However, The communication left loads to be desired…… as it is like an air B and B the reception won’t assist in any way….. and there is no explanation in the apartment on how to operate the washing machine, where to take the rubbish etc. They said there was Netflix but it was only access if you had your own account and much more. If communication could be improved the stay would have been perfect

Disappointing
Pros:

I really wanted to like this place, but it wasnt great. Its very, very hot in the apartment (no AC, facing the sun in the afternoon) which means you have to keep the windows open. Which means you hear a LOT of honking and traffic noises from the major highway intersection below.

The checkin was also weird and involved a lot of steps. Plus they tried to charge me $15 for a remote that didn't work when I arrived.

Pros:

I liked the location. I really dislike that they require a substantial security deposit and say they will get it back to me in 7 days but its been 11 days and they still say customer service is going to get ahold of me. They are looking for any reason to keep my money and not telling me anything. Very bad customer service. I WILL never stay here again and i wouldnt recomend it for anyone else.

Its not the hotel that is bad it is the people who manage it. Terrible.

Pros:

this apartment was awesome everything you can possibly need was there .. it was compleately mordern everything looked new .. only thing was if you had some sort of issue during the night you can not contact anyone until morning .. but once contacted they will resolve the issue
