This place has it all: affordable, great location, great hosts. We couldn’t have asked for better.
Pros:

The apartment was in a great location— very central to the town and right by the stairs down to the beach. We couldn’t have had a better location.
Maurizio and his daughter, Martina, were very hospitable and we really appreciate that he allowed us to check in early and check out late. They were also very helpful by sending us gps links to find restaurants, the beach, and a place to find a new suitcase since ours broke. They even supply an umbrella to use at the beach and local treats like wine, an onion spread, and honey. We will definitely book again should we have the chance the return!

Cons:

The kitchen could have had a few more basic items like olive oil/salt/pepper, but that was really not a big deal at all.

Beautiful city with breathtaking views and old town charm.
Pros:

Location was excellent but due to the description online we found the steepness and degree of difficulty of the stairs less than ideal.

Cons:

Those stairs, and lack of room for a table and chairs to eat food you might have prepared in the decent kitchen.

Everything was perfect, with the most spectacular view of Tropea. Massimo was very accommodating. My daughter in Australia mentioned this town one day. Definately love to come back in the Summer,.and stay here! Top marks!

An excellent apartment with great views.
Pros:

Fantastic apartment in a great location with extraordinary views. Communication from the host was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure everything was to our liking. I would highly recommend this apartment for a great stay in Tropea.

Phantastische Unterkunft, spektakuläre Lage und Aussicht
Pros:

Maurizio hat immer sofort geantwortet, die Kommunikation super und hilfreich. Aussicht vom Balkon grandios. Die kleine Küche praktisch - aber wer kocht in Italien selbst? Sehr gut geschlafen, gemütliches Bett. WiFi, Bad - alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist schön renoviert und hübsch ausgestattet. Wir hatten Glück und einen der wenigen kostenlosen Parkplätze vorm Haus ergattert, vermutlich weil Feiertag (die Unterkunft liegt in einer ZTL, Einfahrt je nach Jahreszeit klären). Danke für die Gastgeschenke und vor allem den hochwertigen Wein/Spumante! Absolute Empfehlung, eine tolle Übernachtung!

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione ottimale per godersi appieno Tropea. Pulito, moderno e ben tenuto, la camera e il bagno offrono tutti comfort. Il nostro Host Maurizio che ci ha accolti all'arrivo è stato molto gentile e ci ha aiutati a orientarci in paese, offrendoci ottimi consigli.

Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie – od czystości i wyposażenia mieszkania po atmosferę i kontakt z właścicielami. Apartament jest pięknie urządzony, bardzo komfortowy i w pełni zgodny z opisem. Właściciele niezwykle mili, pomocni i zaangażowani, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się jak u siebie. Jesteśmy absolutnie zachwyceni pobytem i z przyjemnością wrócimy przy najbliższej okazji. Gorąco polecam!

Great property, great hosts, wonderful Tropea
Pros:

The location is excellent, next to Piazza del Cannone, where we watched some beautiful sunsets. The hosts picked us up at the train station and drove us to the property. They gave us a gift basket of crackers and jams and a tasty bottle of white wine. Maurizio was very available to answer any and every question throughout our stay. Tropea is a wonderful town with a happy energy.

Cons:

We stayed in the La Niña unit, which has a street view and small balcony. It is good apartment and we had a great time, but we were attracted to this property by the sea view photos in the listing. The neighboring La Pinta unit has the spectacular sea view. So, when making a reservation, be sure to notice which unit you are reserving, because each one is different.

Lastniki so bili zelo prijazni in ustrežljivi. Ponudili so nama prevoz iz železniške postaje do nastanitve. Prav tako so predlagali več restavracij in lokacij, ki jih v Tropei ne smemo spustiti. Super lokacija v samem srcu tropee.
