Poor Customer Service and Front desk
Pros:

Nothing about the experience except how booking handled it professionally and immediately offered other options.

Cons:

I have booked a Suite to stay in the hotel through Booking.com. when I reached the hotel, the receptionist asked me to wait for 10 minutes till the room is ready. After an hour, I have been told that they don't have the room I booked and offered 2 separate rooms instead which I declined as this is not suitable for my family and is not what I paid for.
They offered to cancel the booking which was ok as booking.com refunded my cancelled stay. What a waste of time and money giving the fact of travelling from Cairo to There for a day off.
I don't recommend that hotel for their poor management of checking in their customers and unprofessional communication.

Clean, straight forward, and convenient
Pros:

Cleanliness, Staff, and Workflow

Cons:

While the street noise was noticeable at times, this is simply part of the vibrant local atmosphere and daily life in the area rather than an issue with the property itself.

Pros:

Cons:
