Breaking was very bad and location is not safe

Restaurant was very bad. This is a guest house that shouldn’t have listed on Booking.
The phone number of the hotel (or so called hotel) on your page does not work !!
The worst receptionist I have ever encountered:
- The double room has one bed that cannot accommodate two people, and the receptionist refused to change the room, even by paying a difference, except by booking a completely new room without refunding the amount paid !!!
- The receptionist told us that they are not a hotel, but a university residence, even though they claim on your website that they are a hotel !!!
- He insisted on giving us two rooms in two separate buildings even though rooms are available in the same building !!!
- Finally, and most importantly, he said that the price of booking through them is one-third of the amount paid through Booking.com. The reason, according to him, is the high booking commission. I told him I would pass his words on to you !!!!!.
