Soggiorno in relax, pulizia e gentilezza del personale che ci ha accolto benissimo

Posizione comodissima, camera pulita, arredo che ho amato. Oltre le mie aspettative. Personale cordiale e gentile.

Cons:

In una giornata ci sono entrate le donne delle pulizie due volte in camera la prima di mattina bussando per pulire (“colpa” nostra che eravamo ancora in camera alle 10:30 quindi ci può stare), la seconda volta però ci sono entrate senza neanche bussare nel pomeriggio intorno alle 17, quando stavamo riposando dopo aver camminato tutta la giornata e ci siamo un po’ spaventati..non ho capito il motivo per cui sono entrate perché non sono riuscita a parlarci. Per il resto posto top spero di tornare

- Super freundliches Personal
- Super sauber
- Leckeres Frühstück
- Super Anbindung an die Stadt mit dem Bus
- Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Luxemburg noch bezahlbar
- Leckeres Bier an der Bar :)

Cons:

- Dusche hatte etwas wenig Druck
- Kein Hotel-eigener Parkplatz
- Frühstücksraum etwas klein mussten 1x ca. 5min auf einen Tisch warten

Really liked our stay but could have done with a tiny bit more
Pros:

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The decor was really nice in the communal areas and the room. The breakfast choice was great especially the homemade cakes by Anna. Public transport literally just outside the door. Excellent air con!

Cons:

Just little things that could've made it that much better. We only had half a room of toilet paper for a family of 4. Reception didn't have any and we couldn't find the chambermaids so had to take some from a trolley. Our water didn't get replaced 1 day and was only 1 bottle for 4 of us. It would've been nice to have minibar snacks/ drinks for the price we paid. No restaurant to speak of. Would also have like more reference to the history of the building as a brewery.

I was incorrectly charged for two breakfasts, despite clearly stating at check-in that I only needed one. The receptionist confirmed this and told me I would be charged €23, which I agreed to. However, at check-out I was billed for two breakfasts anyway.

This is misleading and an unfair business practice, as I was charged for a service I explicitly declined. It also violates basic consumer rights. I expect a refund for the extra breakfast that was wrongly added.

Quarto muito limpo e café da manhã muito bom!
Pros:

O hotel é arrumado e bem localizado! O quarto estava muito limpo e era bastante confortável! O café da manhã com muitas opções e estava tudo muito fresco. Passa um ônibus bem na frente do hotel.

Cons:

O design da área de banho que é separada por um vidro, se os hospedes não forem um casal não é legal para tomar banho pois é muito indiscreto.
