Good location for the money
Pros:

In my original room the air conditioner didn’t work. After informing the staff, I was quickly offered to change a room and even got it upgraded. It was nice.

Pros:

Our room was beautiful, large windows wrapped around the whole room. Was very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons:

Breakfast selection could do with improvement. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work.

More or less fine, but wish it was less noisy
Pros:

The overall location was great, if you need to get to any of the European Commission offices. Everything was very clean and new. Bed was a little too soft for me personally, but generally very comfy. Breakfast was okay. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Even though I booked the more expensive room, expecting that it would be at least somewhat quiet, I could hear all of the noise coming from the street (it was on the first floor) as well as most of what was happening in the neighboring rooms. There was also this constant cricket-like chirping sound inside the room that I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Good thing I had earplugs.
Also, not a fan of the open-concept bathroom. Going into the shower will fog up every reflective surface in the room and it gets freezing cold once you step out from under the water (which you will have to do, if you bring any of your own body/hair care products, because there's nowhere to put them inside the shower), since there is no door and heat flows away immediately.
