Great location quiet neighborhood

The stay was nice and quiet. The suite was large and spacious, the balcony was very nice to drink morning coffee and relax. This place is fully equipped with a keurig and all the pots and pans you could need. The workout center was also very nice and easily accessible, the equipment well maintained and the variety was a very nice surprise. All in all I would totally stay here again and use more of the accommodations. You won’t be disappointed in this space.

We loved the style of the apartment and it came equipped with everything that was needed. Grocery store options were only a short drive away. The parking garage is a big plus and the pool was well taken care of. We did not check out the bbq area because we didn’t plan on using it anyways but we did see it, as well as the gym. That looks good and was never super busy. I had a question and send it through the WhatsApp chat which was answered right away. The only thing we would change is to add an additional tv to the bedroom but that’s a luxury problem 😉

This apt. was clean, and very spacious, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Have plenty of restaurants nearby, and no noise at night. The bed was very comfortable, we were able to get good night sleep for the 3 nights we stayed. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you!

You need a key fob to access the elevator from the garage but the system was down and so I could not access the elevator during my stay. 4 flights of stairs with luggage…. Not fun. Ruined the whole stay. Also one night the garage only opened a quarter of the way so I couldn’t even enter the parking area and was told that I would be towed from visitor parking. Would not recommend staying to anyone.

Our stay was very good. Our only complaint was that our key fab did not work consistently on the necessary doors. This was especially an issue when we arrived at Kasa Greenville at 1:00 am with our luggage and a bag of groceries. We did manage to get into the building from the parking garage eventually-- but had to try 5 different doors before we found a door that would open for our key fab. The next day, that door wouldn't open, but one of the others that didn't open the previous day, would open for us.
Thankfully, the neighborhood felt very safe, so running around trying to find an entrance that worked for us was not a safety issue.

Here are the photos of the mold and other issues that I found in the room which is causing me to vacate the premises. I also would like to formally request a refund as well. Please let me know how soon my funds can be refunded. Photos below include mold on towel, mold on ventilation registers, toenail on bath rug, pet hair on sheets, feces or smashed bugs on the baseboards, sticky substance on kitchen/dinning room floor, dirt and crumbs one the countertop. If you need anything additional for my refund, please let me know.

Beds are all cheap memory foam. Very uncomfortable for us all even kids but the place is clean and nice. Great area.

The Apartment is nice located near súper Market

The apartment was amazing and pleasantly surprised at size and amenities provided. It was all great until we went to leave. My husband had left the parking pass on the console, not the dash and our car got a boot overnight. Which is ridiculous as you need a fob to open the gate to get in to the garage. It cost us $100 and an extra hour to return the boot. No help from property or management.

I loved staying here! It was a ton of room and everything was clean. It was so nice to have a kitchen while traveling and they had everything we needed. Also, it was so nice to have secure and easy to find parking at our place. Another pro was the gym, it was perfect! 10/10 would stay here again!

The overall stay was great yet the two twin beds were quite wobbly. The king bed was a bit wobbly yet not as bad as the two twins. I believe the frames need to be upgraded. It was great to have a lot of room for my two kids under 4 and a full size fridge for all the snacks they need. The parking was very easy and the communication was excellent. This was the first time I hav used a virtual check in yet it was so simple and easy. Anytime I had a question, I had an answer within a minute through their text option. Highly recommend staying with Kasa Greenville.

The apartment was quite nice. I liked the fact that it was very animal friendly. The parking situation is nice as well. I didn’t like that I was not able to open the balcony. It seemed the lock was broken. The garbage disposal in the sink was not working as well. Overall the whole experience was nice I do recommend this place. It is a little on the pricey side though.

The fold out couch in the living room was filthy. Crumbs and old sheets from the last stay were balled up in the bed once we u folded the couch. Which made me question the cleanliness of the property.

Great apartment in convenient location for our needs since our needs. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. KASA was great w communication and virtual check in & out was easy.

Everything was perfect but my wallet was stolen out of my car in the parking garage. Kasa team responses have been very helpful.
