Perfekter Aufenthalt mit außergewöhnlich leckerem Frühstück und sehr herzlichem Service
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend – frisches Obst, individuell zubereitetes Rührei und Speck sowie eine große Auswahl, alles immer frisch und schnell aufgefüllt. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof war perfekt, man war schnell in der Innenstadt und konnte sogar Fahrräder ausleihen. Besonders gefreut hat uns die liebe Überraschung zum Geburtstag meiner Mama mit Sekt und einer persönlichen Karte im Zimmer.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Recomendo. Estadia muito agradável.
Pros:

O hotel era (mesmo!) muito bonito, com design top, com vários espaços agradáveis (patio/ jardim, bar) e o quarto era espaçoso, confortável e limpo.
A casa de banho também era grande, com banheira grande, boa pressão de água.
Cama grande, confortável.
Tinha ferro de engomar portátil e secador.
Boa limpeza mediante pedido.
Funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar e dar recomendações.
Boa localização, ao lado da estação e do metro, central, muitos restaurantes e supermercados à volta, zona agradável.

Cons:

O que menos gostei foi que tivessem debitado o preço ao cartão usado na reserva sem informar previamente. Preferiria ter pago com outro cartão no hotel para não ter de pagar comissões e a falta desse aviso impediu que o fizesse, tendo tido custos acrescidos.

O quarto era noutro edifício, separado (temos de sair do principal, atravessar o pátio e entrar num segundo edifício), no 4° andar (elevador apenas a partir do 1° - para nós com bebé e carrinho de bebé era mais complicado) e não havia linha directa à recepção. Não havia forma de contacto.

À parte destes dois aspectos, apenas detalhes que poderiam melhorar a experiência: não tinha cortinas black-out (apenas opacas - o que para quem tem crianças é um aspecto importante), não oferecia água, café, chaleira, AC impossível de regular. No nosso caso esteve ligado toda a noite, tendo ficado demasiado quente e seco. A única opção foi abrir as janelas durante a noite.

Şehrin en güzel yerinde temiz, kaliteli ve ideal bir konaklama
Pros:

Tesisin konumu mükemmel, metro ve tren istasyonuna 4-5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Şehir merkezinin en iyi noktalarından bir sokakta. Geceleri genel olarak sessiz ve rahatsız edecek bir durum yok otel bölgesinde. Yataklar ve yastıklar oldukça tatmin edici.. Belki yorganlar biraz daha büyük olabilirdi.
Temizlik çok güzel, otelin içi, restaurant bölümü, bahçe alanı oldukça yeterli bakımlı ve temiz. Personel gerçekten çok yardımcı ve ilgili.. Check out sonrası bagajların da otelde muhafaza edilmesi gayet güzel.
Şehirdeki birçok ünlü mekana ve şehirdekilerin lokal mekanlarına yürüme mesafesinde, çevresinde çok fazla market ve cafe var. Yenilenmiş standart oda minimalist düzenlenmiş ama yine de biraz küçük kalıyor özellikle çok eşyanız varsa.
Genel olarak değerlendirmede başarılı bir otel, tekrar tercih edilir fazla yönü var. Teşekkürler tüm ekibe .✌️🙋‍♂️

The location of the property is excellent, a 4-5 minute walk from the metro and train station. It's on one of the best streets in the city center. It's generally quiet at night and there's nothing to disturb in the hotel area. The beds and pillows are quite satisfactory... Perhaps the duvets could have been a little bigger.

The cleanliness is excellent; the hotel interior, restaurant area, and garden are all well-maintained and clean. The staff are really helpful and attentive. The fact that luggage is stored at the hotel after check-out is also a plus. It's within walking distance of many famous landmarks and local spots in the city, and there are plenty of markets and cafes nearby.
The renovated standard room is minimalist but still a bit small, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, it's a successful hotel and has many aspects that would make me choose it again. Thanks to the whole team. ✌️🙋‍♂️

Odalarda buzdolabı (Yenilenmiş standart oda içinde) olması iyi olurdu, ayrıca kapalı bir kıyafet dolabı da olsa iyiydi.
Elbette standart oda 15 m2 ve küçük biraz, bu odada dolapların olması alanı iyice daraltır. Ama en azından odada buzdolabı iyi olur diye düşünüyorum.

It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the rooms (Inside the renovated standard room), and a closed wardrobe would also be good. Of course, the standard room is 15 m2 and a bit small, and having wardrobes in this room would make the space even smaller. But at least a refrigerator in the room would be good, I think.

Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well located, close to the main train station. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. I traveled with my dog, and she had her own bed, we were very well received. I highly recommend Mayfair, especially if you are traveling with your dog, we had a great experience.

I truly recommend this hotel to everyone who is staying in Copenhagen.
Pros:

Everything was perfect and the staff was exceptionally kind and most professional. The location was perfect and everything was near. They had a leak when we were staying there that basically didn’t affect us at all, but the staff insisted that we have some coffee and breakfast which was really good, everything was fresh and a lot of things were homemade. They really went out of their way to make us comfortable.
