El servicio al cliente es excelente, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar. Pero no tenía agua caliente y está ubicado en una zona que hay mucho ruido. En mi habitación la televisión no funcionaba muy bien y no tenía control

Excelente servicio por parte del hotel, todo el personal es muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar para que pases una buena estadia, las instalaciones siempre limpias y en orden.

Contras: Esta ubicado en una zona bastante ruidosa lo que dificulta el descanso a la hora de dormir (sobretodo durante el dia) y las opciones del desayuno son minimas (aunque cocinan rico). Por lo demas un muy buen servicio.

No me gusto el cobro extra que hizo el hotel, no respeto el precio de la reserva.

Dijeron que me cobrarian un impuesto porque al entrar a colombia me sellaron el pasaporte por 15 dias y debia tener el sello por 90 dias. Muy mal porque no vuelvo a ir
