Pros:

Beautiful pool area. Nice, clean room. Great location for visiting Legoland. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the parking lot.

It was ok, the view and closeness of the flower fields was nice.
Pros:

They were super nice at first, set up the room with a little birthday surprise. But unfortunately, the staff had no idea about the Easter activities and sent us to the wrong place. Breakfast was terrible, $25 plus 18% gratuity for regular buffet food, which was not good. Everything was overpriced, and the service was terrible because of the forced gratuity.

Cons:

There was not enough toilet paper or towels, and parking was not easy. $36 a day for garage parking on top of over $200 a day to stay, plus $25 a person for a bad buffet breakfast.

Great place but not the best I’ve been to by Hilton
Pros:

Front desk check was very friendly and kind. Location and views but our room faced the street so we could hear cars up and down

Cons:

Room was ok . Breakfast service was terrible dint even eat since we waited to be seated and never called . Fees for not using anything.

Overall it was a decent stay. Although I expected more because of the price range since I have stayed at other Hilton’s

Location and a separate pool for families

Cons:

the playground for kids was small or not really a playground at all, the arcade had candy that was rock hard and super old; my son even got an open candy that was stuck to a random toy, the breakfast was pricey for what was offered the French toast was usually dry and hard to cut

Pros:

We chose this hotel primarily for the proximity to Legoland. It was so easy to walk from the lobby to Legoland! The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and requests.

Pros:

The staff were really welcoming.

Cons:

This hotel does not offer room service nor service from the downstairs bar. Instead, they contracted a nearby restaurant and stick menus in your room to order from. They do bring it to your door but not without the extra taxes and fees attached. Also, the value of the food verses the cost was extreme. Also, you are forced to pay a $25 resort fee, which can be used at the bar downstairs or the convenience store on your way out.

Comfortable stay if your in and out for a mini vactaion .
Pros:

Vanessa , scott . vanessa the receptinist . awsom attentive and great all around .

We have stayed at all the hotels on and around Legoland. This was one of our favorites.
Pros:

Suites perfect for family of 4 with dogs. Easy going dog policy and placing us close to a floor level spot they could easily go to bathroom was really nice
Also having access to sister hotel (grand pacific) was nice as well as they had a kid pool, arcade, playground and rec center that loaned play equipment
Sad we didn’t get to use the e bikes that were first hour ride included. Next time.

Cons:

The bathroom sliding door between toilet/shower area did not close all the way(pocket door) and the phone to the front desk and kitchen did not work

Best hotel in Carlsbad
Pros:

The beds were comfty. The tv was nice. The food at the bar was so good. They had a snack shop, as well. Make sure to use your $25 credit. We enjoyed the hot tub and making smores around the firepit. Our room had a great view of the water. The hotel sits next door to Karl Strauss and is within walking distance of Legoland.

Great view amazing room
Pros:

great location. Amazing views Vegas, Jacuzzi. Amazing pool wonderful fireplace outside walking paths, close to everything. You can walk to like to Legoland. There’s a restaurant within walking distance no resort fee only parking fee. Great service in the restaurant inside the hotel as well.
