Pros:

The staff were really welcoming.

Cons:

This hotel does not offer room service nor service from the downstairs bar. Instead, they contracted a nearby restaurant and stick menus in your room to order from. They do bring it to your door but not without the extra taxes and fees attached. Also, the value of the food verses the cost was extreme. Also, you are forced to pay a $25 resort fee, which can be used at the bar downstairs or the convenience store on your way out.

Comfortable stay if your in and out for a mini vactaion .
Pros:

Vanessa , scott . vanessa the receptinist . awsom attentive and great all around .
Scott the bartender , did not make my wife and I feel out of place attentivive responsive and polite .

We have stayed at all the hotels on and around Legoland. This was one of our favorites.
Pros:

Suites perfect for family of 4 with dogs. Easy going dog policy and placing us close to a floor level spot they could easily go to bathroom was really nice
Also having access to sister hotel (grand pacific) was nice as well as they had a kid pool, arcade, playground and rec center that loaned play equipment
Sad we didn’t get to use the e bikes that were first hour ride included. Next time.

Cons:

The bathroom sliding door between toilet/shower area did not close all the way(pocket door) and the phone to the front desk and kitchen did not work

Best hotel in Carlsbad
Pros:

The beds were comfty. The tv was nice. The food at the bar was so good. They had a snack shop, as well. Make sure to use your $25 credit. We enjoyed the hot tub and making smores around the firepit. Our room had a great view of the water. The hotel sits next door to Karl Strauss and is within walking distance of Legoland.

Great view amazing room
Pros:

great location. Amazing views Vegas, Jacuzzi. Amazing pool wonderful fireplace outside walking paths, close to everything. You can walk to like to Legoland. There’s a restaurant within walking distance no resort fee only parking fee. Great service in the restaurant inside the hotel as well.

Pros:

The property was very beautiful, location ideal as it was within walking distance of shopping and attractions - as well as the beach. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

There was confusion as to how to redeem the breakfasts which were included with our stay and the service was a bit slow at times and the food included in the buffet was not replenished in a timely fashion as no one was monitoring it. Also, the many charges on my final invoice were very confusing and I was very displeased when I saw that I was charged $32 for parking for each day when, in fact, I did not have a vehicle with me as I came in on an airport shuttle and relied on my members for transportation during my stay. Fortunately, there was no problem removing the charge when I contacted the property.

Good experience
Pros:

Great hotel. Good location and spacious rooms. Daily housekeeping was great. Pool was great. Staff were very friendly. Fitness center was great but hot. Hot tub wasn't too hot which is great.

A couple of things that could make it better
- offering bathrobes as the pool is very far and some pool toys

Great place for a family weekend!
Pros:

Great weekend family vacation. The service at this hotel was outstanding. We appreciated the concierge selling s’mores to cook at their fire pits. Parking was convenient. The only negative was the walls were fairly thin. I could hear the family next door (playing loud music late at night) and the 5am delivery trucks at Karl Strauss. Overall, we had a great time! Thank you!

Pros:

Our actual hotel stay was very nice, it was the breakfast experience that was a bust. You are paying $25 a person and there was no food so it was a waiting and then rushing to get the food game.

We loved the service the pool and hot tub.
Pros:

Cleanliness and fantastic service spacious rooms. 24 hour gym and late hours for pool and hot tub. Concierge was very helpful with directions a nd suggestions.

No Hilton Honours Advantage. Very Ordinary
Pros:

The toiletries were missing from the hotel room . The Bathroom slippers were also not provided . The coffee kit provided didn’t have creamer . No milk also provided in the coffee tray . Asking for everything was a challenge . On a business trip you come back late after dinner meetings . Asking missing things at that time is always a challenge.

Lovely hotel and staff!
Pros:

Amazing location-the view makes it seem like you’re closer to the ocean than you are. The rooms are cute and the whole place was decorated beautifully. Parking garage was easy to access and navigate. We’ll be back!

Family trip over thanksgiving.
Pros:

The room was spacious and well kept. There were fun amenities like the pools and gym. We even took advantage of the washing machines.
The staff were very responsive and helpful.
The breakfast was expensive and often out of what you wanted at the moment. If you could wait around they would fill it but often we were running to an event.
I would stay there again.
