Disappointing stay with multiple service and maintenance issues.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was convenient and easy to access. The common areas were generally clean and the property appeared well maintained at first glance.

Cons:

Check-in at 1:30 AM took a long time due to an issue at the front desk. I had booked a King Room but was assigned a two-queen accessible room instead. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom, the shower head was broken and leaking, and the jacuzzi was completely empty without any prior notice, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

Comfortable, clean, quiet but could be mildly cheaper when you stay often as I do.
Pros:

I love the safety and comfort.

Cons:

Room 215 the seal around the tiles are broken in the entry way and in front of the closest. They nearly come completely out of place. Thought I was going to fall multiple times when I would forget and step on the tiles.

It was beautiful and clean and comfortable

Cons:

The hot tub was empty and under maintenance
When I arrived at check in …. I wasn’t able to check in for 20 min waiting for cleaning to have a room available

Pros:

We didn't have breakfast because on your website you advertise that its FREE under OFFERS and your staff was not willing to accommodate- we were told on property that we had to pay for it. I am still expecting a refund for the food.

Pros:

Staff was very nice

Cons:

First room someone had use shower and toilet with poop in it.

Hall & Elevator was not cooled it was like a sauna.

This was a disappointment trip.

A nice spot to lay your head when you need to be early and close to the next day’s activities.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located off the highway, clean and quiet. The perfect place that was close to the medical facility I needed to be near and early for the following morning.

Cons:

Considering our very short stay, everything was fine. Not enough time spent there to dislike anything.

Breakfast not included. One elevator was not in operation. A large picture fell off the wall of our room at 5:30 am. Electric plug one side of the bed inoperable.

Very comfortable room, quiet to rest after day surgery at the near by hospital.
Pros:

I loved the bed arrangement facing the window with the half wall separating the desk from the sleeping area.

Cons:

For some reason it seemed to have a very very low toilet. Hard to sit on and rise from.
