The mattress and pillows are painful.
Excellent staff. Check in was fast and very pleasant. There was a plumbing issue. Reported the issue to the front desk. It was dealt with quickly.
No issues
Quiet, clean, friendly staff, lovely room. We loved the purple touches throughout, and the bow on the toilet paper, but the hotel didn't feel too fancy either. Even the pool area and its restroom were clean and well stocked. Only bad moment was when I realized there was only decaf coffee in the room, and the cleaning lady only had more decaf on her cart. But I discovered the fresh, hot coffee downstairs and crisis was averted!
Not much. The restaurant was closed Sunday night, which while a slight inconvenience, wasn't the hotels fault.
Was close to the things we needed to be by.
Expensive, elevators didn’t work, there was never pool towels, hot tub was cold.

The hotel’s location was convenient and easy to access. The common areas were generally clean and the property appeared well maintained at first glance.
Check-in at 1:30 AM took a long time due to an issue at the front desk. I had booked a King Room but was assigned a two-queen accessible room instead. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom, the shower head was broken and leaking, and the jacuzzi was completely empty without any prior notice, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
I love the safety and comfort.
Room 215 the seal around the tiles are broken in the entry way and in front of the closest. They nearly come completely out of place. Thought I was going to fall multiple times when I would forget and step on the tiles.
