Fantastic location and great King sized suite with super helpful staff

Gostei apenas do tamanho do quarto e da localização

Cons:

O atendimento dos funcionários é péssimo, o café da manhã é muito fraco, o local onde é servido o café da manhã também é ruim, sem mesas suficientes, o banheiro do quarto tem uma porta de correr que não fecha totalmente, o chuveiro sai pouca água e a iluminação artificial do quarto é insuficiente. Não foi uma boa experiência

Hotel confortável e bem localizado na região da Brickell
Pros:

Quarto confortável com sala de TV e todos as amenidades necessárias para uma boa hospedagem. Cama grande e confortável e banheiro amplo.

Cons:

O chuveiro era confortável, mas a pressão da água era baixa e a água não muito quente.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bom e muito bem localizado, mas não possuem um pós-venda ou um cana eficiente para responder o cliente (só pessoalmente funciona), pois antes de chegar, tentei contato para fazer o check in antecipado e não responderam. No check out acabei esquecendo uma roupa, mandei msg e ninguém respondeu. Pessoalmente também não consegui recuperar.

Muy mala reserva y no me devuelven mi dinero de cobertura de seguridad

Solo la ubicación.

Cons:

Tuvimos muchos problemas con la reserva. Yo pagué por 3 habitaciones y solo habían 2 cuando llegamos, Booking nunca soluciono el problema, nos dejaron abandonados.

Luego, al día siguiente, nos dijeron que si estaba nuestra reserva completa. Fue todo muy malo.

Y hasta ahora no me devuelven el dinero de la cobertura por seguridad que te hacen en el hotel al inicio de hospedarse (USD 200.00)
