Cons:

The staff was extremely unaccommodating. If you are not an awards member they will make you wait until 4pm for a room and will not approve a late check out. My room was freezing for me and there was not an option for heat, only A/C or fan. They said they would provide extra blankets but never did. I had to leave my office early to check in later in the afternoon so I could change for a client event and was late because of it. So many hotels will do what they can to get you into a room if you let them know your arrival time but Indigo tells you they have a strict 4pm policy. Will not stay at IHG again. Don't be sorry, your apology is useless, just be better.

Close to a lot of cool restaurants, bars, things to do

Cons:

I stayed here last year and it was great, but this time, I spent 4x as much on the exact same room and time because of accelerated spring break prices. There are 10 hotels in a 3 block radius that are still in walking distance to cool things to do that cost a fraction of this place. I am loyal to Indigo, but I am not sure if I will be booking for the 3 vacations I am planning this year. Sucks, I always stay at Indigo!

Pros:

Staff atencioso, quarto e banheiro bem grande e confortável, limpo, chuveiro bom. É possível receber encomendas.

Cons:

Fica ao lado do metro mover, o que à noite não me pareceu muito seguro para caminhar. Nossa vista era para a obra em frente, mas não atrapalhou, não escutamos barulho.

Pros:

Quarto lindo e espaçoso. Localização maravilhosa. Cama super confortável, dormimos muito bem.

Cons:

A recepção estava sempre com um só funcionário atendendo, o que gerava filas. Sugiro colocar pelo menos duas pessoas no turno.

Está cerca de Brickel pero esa zona no es de las mejores, del otro lado del puente del metrorial

Cons:

Su estilo, el trato, poca luz, cero cordialidad y servicio, no tiene calefacción, punto q considerar si vas en invierno
