Perfect location and friendly staff. Worth the money!
Pros:

The location is perfect. Just 3 mins from the metro rail station and within walking distance to malls, restaurants and convenience stores. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are nice and clean.

El alojamiento es bonito en la parte del lobby y recepción

La habitación que me tocó en el piso 6 al lado de un gym y la piscina no me dejaron dormir con un ruido estruendoso en la madrugada, una persona borracha y muy agresiva golpeando las puertas de las habitaciones con toda su fuerza, la primera noche no pude dormir nada pero tampoco pude llamar al lobby porque en la habitación no hay teléfono ellos todo lo manejan por correo y no me lo habían dicho. El día siguiente no limpiaron la habitación mi esposo tuvo que solicitar que lo hicieran y que cambiaran las toallas y sacaran la basura. Nunca había estado en un hotel tan malo en la vida. Las personas de limpieza estaban aterradas con el tipo de huésped que allí estaba hospedado y tenían miedo de subir a hacer su trabajo, por ahí no vuelvo a pasar ni muerta

Great location
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to an upscale mall and tons of restaurants. $15 shuttle to cruise port. Not as expensive as staying in South Beach or central Miami. Others have noted that breakfast wasn't that great but there were actually a lot of options including avocado toast. What's not to love about that?
