Great stay, lovely spacious rooms and exactly what I needed
Pros:

great location, 24hr reception

Cons:

Knocking on my door at 10am to check if I wanted housekeeping. Very nice of them, but I didn’t expect it so early.

It was overall a good experience, with good location.
Pros:

The location is quite convenient!

Cons:

The fridge was not working, when asked for it to be repaired they first said they'll fix it and then the next day upon checking when they'll fix it, the reception guy said "we told you to change your room", which was not true and was not nice.

Класно, бо знаходиться в самому центрі
Також не поганий сніданок.

Cons:

Готель дуже потребує ремонту.
В номері не дуже чисто. Найбільше розчарування пропалені сигаретами одіяла і це жахливо. На тематичних дверях у номері, відсутнє скління, що безперечно мішає спати. Старі вікна. Ванна прагне кращого. Старі крани та поломана плитка. Ліфт з паркінгу небезпечний. Ми у ньому застрягли.

very old hotel, avoid at all costs!
Pros:

Good location, and the best thing, the staff, especially the reception manager Vuk, he was amazing and very helpful (despite all the issues (see below). The breakfast was OK - acceptable, nothing special.

Cons:

first of all, this is a VERY old hotel. It has very old and small lifts, that often wont work as the door wont close properly. Then within the hotel there are unavoidavle stairs (watch out families with kids and pushchairs). Then the bathrooms, these are from the 80s. The cleaningness, is horrible,,, dust all over the place.

and very important factor, the closes place where the car can stop, is 300m away from the hotel entrance - we arrived with 7 suitcases... so imagine the pain.

Pros:

The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location, very convenient and close to many restaurants and bars located in the old city center. The staff were kind and professional, once I reported the problem, quickly offered to move me to another room, which I appreciated.

Cons:

The room was extremely dusty and unclean, and I spent my first night sneezing with burning eyes and a dry throat. Although the bathroom seemed renovated, the rest of the room was in poor condition, very outdated with peeling wallpaper, loose electrical sockets, old furniture, mismatched decor, small A/C unit for the room size, uncomfortable mattress, etc. After such an uncomfortable first night, I decided to leave after only one night and requested a refund for the two unused nights.
