מלון מצוין, בהחלט שווה את המחיר! המיקום פשוט מושלם – במרחק הליכה מכל המקומות המרכזיים, כך שכמעט לא היה צורך בתחבורה. הצוות היה אדיב ומקצועי לאורך כל השהות. החדרנית סלג'אניה, תמיד עם חיוך וגם צוות הקבלה נתן שירות נהדר. ביום ההולדת שלי אפילו הפתיעו אותי בעוגה ובברכת "Happy Birthday", וזה היה מחווה מרגשת שלא ציפיתי לה. הרגשתי שממש אכפת להם מהאורחים. נהניתי מאוד מהשהות ובהחלט אשמח לחזור שוב!

Şehrin merkezinde tam bir fiyat/performans oteli. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

Konum olarak çok çok iyi, tam merkezde ve kapalı garajı da var. Motorla seyahat edenler için ekstra güvenli. Keşke otopark fiyata dahil olsaydı.

Not good accommodation but good location
Pros:

Location is good in the city center.

Cons:

Staff members weren’t polite. Nobody helped with my luggage and I had to carry it through many stairs. Manager was rude and very slow.
It smelled very bad in the bathroom, so we had to ask for a room change.
There wasn’t toilet paper in the room.

Sehr zufrieden! Freue mich wieder zurück zu kommen!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, direkt im Zentrum. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell. Anliegen konnten schnell und unkompliziert geklärt werden, sodass sich eventuelle Probleme problemlos lösen ließen.
Ich habe das Zimmer sehr kurzfristig, erst gegen 23 Uhr, gebucht. Der Check-in bzw. die Anreise verlief dennoch völlig unkompliziert und unterschied sich nicht von einer Ankunft am Tag.
Das Frühstück habe ich nicht ausprobiert, allerdings habe ich gehört, dass das Essen dort sehr gut sein soll.
Das Bett war richtig bequem!

Cons:

An dem Wochenende war es sehr heiß, daher war es auch im Zimmer entsprechend warm. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, allerdings schlafe ich persönlich ungern unter laufender Klimaanlage. Das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hängt von der individuellen Empfindlichkeit ab.
Bei geöffnetem Fenster war außerdem der Lärm von draußen zu hören. Auf der Straße herrschte reger Publikumsverkehr, während der Autoverkehr eher gering war. Mich persönlich hat das jedoch nicht gestört.
Die Glasabtrennung an der Badewanne könnte etwas länger sein. Dadurch ließe sich entspannter duschen, ohne ständig darauf achten zu müssen, den restlichen Badezimmerbereich nicht nass zu machen.
