Great location.

Cons:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Hotel Majestic, but our arrival left a very poor first impression. We came from the airport early in the morning, hoping to drop off our luggage before check-in time. The front desk staff member on duty (Dragon) was unwelcoming and dismissive — he did not check our reservation in the system, barely glanced at my ID, and repeatedly questioned whether we even had a booking. For guests arriving tired after an overnight journey, this kind of reception is simply unacceptable.
First impressions matter enormously in hospitality, and this interaction fell far short of what guests deserve. We hope management addresses this, as it does not reflect the otherwise good reputation of the property.

Konumu harika.Knez caddesinin başında cumhuriyet meydanına yürüyerek 1dk.Personel güler yüzlü odalar geniş ve temiz.Yatak boyutları gardolop boyutları çok çok yeterli.Banyo tuvaleti yeni yapılmış.Bir dahaki seyehatimde tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Pros:

We were provided the extra blanket that we asked. (since the blanket in the double room is too small for two people)

Cons:

The elevator in the hotel is old, and gets stuck very often. I got stuck twice.
The lavatory sink in the toilet was leaking water, so the floor was wet.
The refrigrator in the Room didn't work.
The cleaning staff starts with the cleaning of the rooms very early, even before 9,00 AM.
The bed was not comfortable, and pillows are very hard and unpleasant for sleep.

Excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Stay with your children, mother, father. While they rest in the room you can eat, drink, shop around. Everything is in 300 meter distance.
