The cleaning of the room seemed a bit rushed. I found blond hairs in the bathroom upon arrival

Breakfast was amazing, definitely recommend booking it. the bar food was also suuuuper good. location was also great, super central and close to all attractions. I would say excellent value for money. Would go back.

Cons:

the only thing was that they forgot to clean our room for one of the nights, and we had no compensation for that, not even a note or a sweet treat. would have liked something like that. staff was nice, although also not as accommodating since the check in and out are made online.

Für ein Städtereise ideal.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels. Viel in wenig Gehminuten erreichbar.

Etwas wenig gut man kann die Fahrräder nur ganztägig mieten

A fantastic location and good value for CPH - some room upgrades would be beneficial
Pros:

The location of the hotel is superb - it's also a beautiful building on a stunning street, with ideal access for Nyhavn, primary walking routes to tour the city and handy cafes nearby.

Cons:

Every morning we were woken up by a HGV immediately outside the hotel - unsure whether this belonged to the city or was a supplier to the hotel, but it happened daily at 6am and could've been avoided. This was made worse by having to sleep with windows open, as the A/C unit was completely ineffective at cooling the room and too loud to run overnight,

Bynært koselig hotel
Pros:

God frokost, god seng og rolig strøk. Nært shopping og handlegate, samt spisesteder. Imøtekommende personale.

Cons:

Aircondition bråker for mye. Om man skal sove med vindu åpent, så er det for mye støy utenfra.
