Good location and friendly staff.
Room 323 was nice but a bit cramped. Bathroom sink in room only had about 4 inches between faucet mouth and sink making it difficult to do anything in sink without touching the end of the faucet or bottom of the sink with hands. No coffee in the complementary holder for coffee and tea. Nightstand light near bathroom only functioned as a dim nightlight and was not bright enough to read with.

The hotel is way too dark, not enough light . Dark reception, restaurants, rooms…
Good selection at breakfast. Staff polite and cheerful. Excellent location. Clean comfortable and well maintained rooms
I'm not too convinced about the on line check in that does not work comfortably for everyone, plus having digital keys. You can check in and get keys as normal, but you feel pressured into following the online route.
Vi hade bokat ett litet rum och läste innan ankomst i tidigare recensioner att de var väldigt små så hade inte så höga förväntningar. Men vi blev väldigt positivt överraskade och tyckte rummet var superfint med jätte-sköna sängar, fräscht badrum med jätte-skön dusch och t.o.m. en minibar, vattenkokare och lite plats att hänga kläder.
Så både jag, min fästman och vår lilla hund var mycket nöjda. Väldigt glada att få fönster ut mot gatan också och stördes inte. Visst lite folkliv och stadsljus men det får man ju räkna med om man bor så bra och centralt. Hotellet hade också en väldigt fin takterrass där vi åt frukost och som blev en mysig bar på kvällen där även vovven var välkommen.
Vi blev väldigt väl bemötta av receptionisterna både vi ankomst och avfärd. Ett stort plus att rummet redan var klart två timmar tidigare och att vi fick checka ut en halvtimme senare. Tack för en kort men
trevlig vistelse, vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!
This is a beautiful hotel and a great location in Copenhagen. A wonderful scent floats through the lobby. The rooftop bar has an "honor system" for drinks and has a gorgeous view.
It was hot during our stay. Although the room had air conditioning, it didn't quite cool the room down. Fortunately, we could open the windows and allow cool air in the room before we closed them to sleep.
