Das Haus, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die fussläufige Nähe zu vielen interessanten Orten und zur U-Bahn.

Cons:

Im Bad fehlen Haken und der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken ist zwar schönes Design, aber unpraktisch.

When I visit Copenhagen again I will choose to stay at this hotel.

Gran hotel, excelente ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Ideal para poder visitar la ciudad y estar cerca de todo.
El personal fue super atento. Llegamos antes del horario del check in, queriendo dejar las maletas y tuvimos la suerte de que la habitación estuviera lista y nos la dieron antes del horario. Era una habitación exterior, pero súper silenciosa. Pedimos cambio de almohada y nos facilitaron una ideal. Durante el último día, el aire acondicionado comenzó a hacer un ruido fuerte, lo informamos y nos cambiaron de habitación sin ninguna pega, a una superior. Era más grande y también exterior c pero en esta si se sentían los ruidos de la calle. De todos modos, estuvo estupenda la estancia.
El desayuno muy completo y exquisito, para todos los gustos.
Lo recomiendo por ubicación, amabilidad y comodidades.

Cons:

Tal vez es un poco ruidoso en algunas habitaciones.
En caso de personas con alergias e intolerancias, recomiendo que avisen antes de llegar si optaron por el desayuno, ya que no tiene zonas diferenciadas.

Otelin konumu iyidi ve banyosu yeterliydi. Otele göndermek istediğimiz büyük bir kargomuz vardı. Bu süreci sorunsuz yönettiler çalışanlara teşekkür ederim.

Odalar kesinliklikle aşırı ufak. Orta büyüklükteki dedikleri oda bile aşırı ufak. Otelin koridorları daracık. Odalar iç avluya bakıyor ve bu bilgi asla verilmemiş. Uyumak haricinde her şey çok konforsuzdu. Odada sabun haricinde hiçbir otel malzemesi yok. Terlik istediğimizde bunun ücretli olduğunu ancak bize bu seferlik ücretsiz verebileceklerini söylediler. Bunun haricinde otelde sadece bir adet asansör var ve uzun süre asansör bekliyorsunuz. Genel olarak çalışanlar iyi ama otelin fiziki özellikleri ve yönetim sistemi iyi değil.
