Great central location
Pros:

Central location, helpful staff and great facilities

Cons:

Pillows were veru soft and room was too warm (-1 outside and snow!) and air-conditioning was noisy and didn't seem to cool the room

Great hotel, fantastic location. Lovely rooms with all the conveniences you would want.
Pros:

I particularly liked how quiet and dark the bedroom was at night. The black out blinds made a difference. The check in was excellent. Everything is done online before arriving so that our keys we ready for us to collect as soon as we said our name. The bar and reception area is very cosy and the location fantastic. Would definitely stay again.
