God frukost, bra service på frukost med complimentary sparkling tea

Cons:

Mottagandet i receptionen var ofokuserat och under nivå på hotellet. De visade inte var spat låg. De hade tagit min mans uppgofter trots att jag stod på bokningen och gav mig knappt en nyckel. Receptionspersonalen måate vara mer fokuserad på ett 5-klassihy bemötande av kunden snarare än logisitik

Pros:

Tolles Hotel!
Sehr sauber! Der Service ist im ganzen Hotel wirklich spitze und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Die Lobby mit der Bar ist gemütlich und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Lage ist ebenso einfach Spitze. Der Spa-Bereich ist klein aber fein und vor allem sehr sauber und verfügt über eine tolle Sauna und einen Pool (dieser für meinen Geschmack etwas zu kalt).

Einzigster Kritikpunkt ist das die Zimmer etwas klein ausfallen was für mich persönlich jedoch nicht schlimm ist.

Wirklich ein gutes 5-Stern Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen! :)
