Nice clean, great location.

Cons:

17 € for a small bottle of water from the mini fridge, it must be from a spring in the Himalayas !!,
The sauna space is extra small!!

Pros:

Such wonderful staff, from check-in, to the spa, to breakfast to check-out. Incredibly helpful, and made us feel truly at home. The hotel is in a fantastic location for sightseeing, the city centre and just getting around in general. We really hope to stay again when we are next in Stockholm.

Balkongen då vi hade fint väder, frukostutbudet var också väldigt bra, sängarna va super sköna.

Cons:

Ingen ac, frukostpersonal blev sur för att min sambo tappade en kniv av misstag, de drog dubbla room service belopp som man behövde skriva om. Dock va personalen & servicen i det stora hela toppen! Bra hotell men överpris.

Pros:

Hotel is well situated and easy access to main attractions and ferry.
Special mention to Bolzur at the restaurant for his strong sense of service.

Cons:

The reception team needs better training as most of them are new to the task .

This hotel is in the perfect location it is amazing. This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was so welcoming and the staff are lovely!!
